I was having a relaxed time until the lady that was doing my nails said I was taking too long and she had other customers… my original request I asked her to do she attempted and failed. She had no idea what she was doing. So she truly was the reason she took so long. And then when I was in the middle of getting the gems n things the way I wanted she said I was taking too long and started being very rude. Instead of me acting out I decided to wrap it up and just leave. I have nails I can see through and my nails weren’t complete. She charged me $80 on top of not even finishing her job. I don’t get to treat myself often. I am a full time mom and busy. If I could give this place a negative 20 I would. I was very polite with my requests and was never rude to her in any way. If we are paying for a service we should be able to get our nails the way we like just like they charge the prices they want to charge. First time here and the last.

My daughter and I have mommy daughter days every now and then. Well, she wanted her nails done, again. I’m not from the area so I talked to a neighbor and she recommended Polished Nails. The location is very convenient and easy to get to. They prefer you to pay with cash but do take card, and one customer even paid by check. (There are few grocery stores that still take check, so I thought it was pretty cool) Anyway, my daughter got a full set and I got my toes done. I absolutely love the chairs they have. The price was fair. I would recommend checking them out. I will definitely go back.

I see all these negative reviews so I definitely wanted to leave my feedback because we had wonderful service. We both got a full set with cat eye gel polish. I also got my eye brows waxed. The only non positive is the prices were a little high. That didn’t surprise me much tho because everything has gone up. I don’t want y’all to not try them because of the negative comments. Please try them out for yourself and see.

Critical: QualityI usually have NO problems and love the outcome of my nails when I get them done but today I decided i wanted (the first picture) and he said he couldn’t do the design so he said he’ll do the one he knows and I told him that it would be better if he just painted the whole nail and he told me “no I’m not done “ and kept doing it his way.
