I have gone to Polished for years and it’s been wonderful nothing but 5 stars. I booked back in November of 2021 for March 13th at 11 am for an appointment for my mother, grandmother and myself RIGHT before my wedding. I am disheartened to say I never got a call or heads up that they were closed. We all showed up to an empty nail salon, locked. I called, no answer. We waited no one showed up. I cannot imagine doing that to anyone let alone a Bride! Maybe something happened- I can only hope they called their other appointments today to cancel and rebook. Disappointment is an understatement for this bride.

Anne and Katie are so welcoming. The entire staff is very professional. The hot wax and massage included in the full manicure and pedicure was a very nice surprise. The layout and atmosphere is very clean and bright. I highly recommend this place to anyone. This is my only spot from now on!

This salon is amazing, the additional parafin wax is such a wonderful touch. Cannot say enough about how nice all the ladies are, especially the owner. Gel manicure has lasted me the longest when I go here. Booked an appointment for my entire bridal party and they took care of all of us with such ease! Would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone!

Another wonderful experience at Polished! I’ve had a variety of pedicures there and they have all been fantastic, leaving my dry feet feeling soft and smooth. The staff are friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is lightheaded. Can’t wait to go back!

Pedicures were fine. Katie and staff got us right in without appointment. Clean facility. Friendly staff. However, not sure why a request for a French tip, dipped powder manicure went awry. My daughter kept waiting for it to be pink/white…nope her fingernails were totally white. They tried to rectify by painting them cotton pink.

I never post google reviews, but I feel obligated to say: Beware of scams at this establishment! I specifically asked for an express pedicure ($25). Pointed to it on the “menu.” Reminded her again when she started pulling out different scented creams, etc. When I went to pay, they told me I owed them $65!! When I protested, they did bring it down to $45, after trying to humiliate me into paying the full price. I will be warning everyone I know not to go here!
