Carrie did not show for her appointments one at 8am and the other at nine. I seems it is my fault she stood us up . She confirmed the appointment last night. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

I made an appointment a week in advance and had it confirmed that they got it. Only to show up to the salon the day of the appointment and the salon be closed with no notice whatsoever. No notice that my appointment was canceled or that they were closed. Even tried calling the salon but went to voicemail. No one ever got back to me. Worst experience ever.
