I was looking for a new nail salon to get my nails and toes done since I am new to this area and I had no idea what to expect when I walked into the Polished Nails. I can’t say this enough, they are amazing and do an great job! The staff there are experienced and know what they are doing! The prices are so reasonable and affordable. I love that they are so friendly and real women who know how to take care of your nails and feet! I get the gel/shellac done on my hands and the polished lasts up to 2.5-3 weeks! There pedicures are amazing and the staff is very precise and take their time. I’m proud to say this is my new “go-to” nail salon!

Love this nail salon. Dominique is an exceptional talent when it comes to nails as well as waxing. The other ladies are also very friendly and fun. The interior design is very eye-pleasing and the prices are appropriate – definitely not on the expensive side. Their selection of nail polishes is very good. Everything appears to be of great quality.

I came in on a whim two weeks ago for a gel manicure. They were able to get me in right away and did a fantastic job. The lady who took me (I didn’t catch her name but know all about her two kids) assured me the gel would last at least two weeks despite my history with gel. She was right. I am so impressed that I asked for a gift card from Polished for Christmas. I hope to be back soon!

The spa is very nice and spacious. The nail technician was friendly and took the time to put a hot towel.on my hands and massage them with cuticle oil. They have a ton of gel colors to choose from.

My friend and I drove around town looking for a nail salon that wasn’t booked. They were able to take me. There were only 2 technicians working. I had their signature manicure. The price is very affordable. They had a wide range of polishes to choose from. I picked a pretty fall color and had her trim my nails because I broke 2. I like a rounded square nail and she didn’t do a good job on some of them. The ones that were squared were not even and the others were most definitely not a square. Also, my cuticles were not done that well. Then, instead of exfoliation, they do oil and heated mitts for 10 minutes or so. It was nice and different. But the heat was uneven in the mitts and she left you while you “cooked”. During the painting of the nails, she had to leave me and we were on the 2nd coat and one nail was partially painted. It was awkward. I did like how she got the nail polish right up to the sides though. But she didn’t paint the tips of the nails to seal them in. Overall, for the price it was ok but the basics could be better.

Dominique was amazing and took her time shaping my nails which I appreciated because I’ve been to many nail salons where I have asked for square nails and left with squoval ones instead. My nails were definitely square! This will be my new nail place.

Have been going here for 10 years and won’t go anywhere else! Lisa and Ginger are amazing (Ginger is your girl if you like fancy designs). They take pride in quality over quantity, taking their time with each client and great care for proper cleanliness and sanitizing equipment. If you want churn and burn, go to the mall. If you want quality and a personal touch, Polished is it.

I have recommended several of my friends and coworkers to Polished Nail Spa and every single person enjoyed the service and relaxing environment. As adults it is very important for us to remember that just because things might not go our way or we don’t get what we want when we want it name calling is not a solution. I applaud the staff for being honest with the customer and letting her know they were booked because having her wait for a long time would not be great customer service. Polished Nail Spa Staff thank you for reminding us what true customer service is!!
