Each experience at Polished is always a pleasant one. The staff is very friendly and I’m greeted promptly with each visit. Hailey has been my nail tech for over a year now and she never misses. At times when I may be undecided on a color or design, Hailey will offer a suggestion and I’m never disappointed. I always leave as a happy customer and I always receive complements on my nails.

If you’re black don’t come here. I moved to this area and looking for a new nail shop. I came here a year ago and I felt like everyone there was watching my every move. I tried to give them another shot this past Sunday. A white lady walked in before me and was asked what she wanted and stage lady told her the wait time. She then asked me what I needed done and I told her that I need a acrylic fill and she said she doesn’t have any one there to do that. There had to be at least 10 employees there and you mean to tell me NO ONE knew how to do acrylic nails. I feel like they didn’t want to service me because I was black. I have never gone to a nail shop and no one there could do acrylic nails.

Clean and friendly place to get your nails done. I watched several staff members cleaning their stations after someone left. Some of the technicians are quieter than others, but the service has been great each time I’ve went. Prices are fair – about $30 for a pedicure or manicure. I’d recommend this location.

This place is geared for the people who come weekly, if your new…just find another nail place. The visit before my last I was sat in the last chair and was literally forgotten about until two people who came in after me where serviced and I mentioned something to the nail tech. At my most recent visit I had an appointment and when I mentioned I had an appointment I was stared at until someone finally started on my nails 20 minutes after my scheduled apt time. This was an appointment for my wedding nails so to say that it was upsetting is an understatement. You go to a nail salon to relax and enjoy the experience….I mean your paying over $100 for nails and toes….but I was left more upset then when I arrived. Save your money, find a place that cares!

Polished Nail Brookhaven is a great salon. I’ve been a customer for several years. My favorite nail techs are Haley (hands) and Ivy (pedis). They are the best duo to go visit if you want the best nail professionals in the city. Book with them asap because everyone goes to them, they’re always busy and are sweethearts to chat with while you get your nails done!

They did a great job on my nails! I did not have an appointment. They were pretty busy when I walked in, but I only had to wait less than 10 minutes. The nail techs and the customers were all very friendly.
