You should make an appointment since they don’t always have manicurist available. They have a good selection of polishes. The salon is neat and clean. The manicurist did a very good job, although she was a bit judgmental in her tone. It is a bit pricey but I’m happy with how the manicure looks

I feel bad for the workers here as I’m sure it’s not their fault. The woman who runs this place, not sure of her name but she sits in the front, has the poorest attitude from the time you enter the salon. My pedicure lasted around 10 minutes which they charge $28 dollars for. Personally working in the beauty industry, I am fully aware of what these services should include, and what wasn’t done. I def won’t be back and I sure hope they fix this issue, this isn’t quality service and I’m confused as to how they keep clientele …don’t waste your money!!

Critical: CleanlinessI have very mixed feelings about the salon. The only positive thing about this place is that Jeff was quick and efficient with my gel manicure. I’m happy with how my nails look.With that said, I will not be back mainly because of sanitary concerns. None of the tools that were used on me (or any of the other women being serviced) were disinfected before or after me and, to make matters worse, there were nail clippings (that were NOT mine) in the same container where the unsanitized tools were kept.Service: ManicureI have very mixed feelings about the salon. so from the moment I entered it was a bad energy from the time I sat down and my pedicure began i new it was going to be a horrible experience !! HOW Disappointing a $28 pedicure that lasted only 10 minutes ?? are u kidding me ??? not only is this utterly and obnoxiously ridiculous it’s unbecoming and appalling that myself and others would spend their hard-working money on a classless pedicure without any enthusiasm or ambition this was an unfortunate experience there was no customer service or care at all I will never again give them my time !! please do not waste your time your energy and most of all your money

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been there several times over the years and they were excellent. I’m not sure if they sold or new owners but 3 (friends) went together for pedicures and it was a terrible experience!! They rushed us, charged us extra for polish they said was longer lasting. They charge for using your credit card. They charged my friend $5.00 forremoving gel polish off her toe nails. She only had 2 toes with gel polish left on them.I had water that was cold and the tech got up and walked away and disappeared …no idea why …she was gone a good 20 minutes. Needless, to say we will never be back. Do yourself a favor RUN not walk away. Give your hard earned money to a business that treats you like they want your business not that they are doing you a favor ! They didn’t have any of the colors I chose, and then the guy who did it rushed through filing my old paint off, and got up and had the cashier paint them. Whole manicure took about 15 minutes and was the worst experience I ever had. The paint that they put on has streaks, u can see through it, and is already chipping!! Will never go back here again.
