This was the first time I used this establishment. I made an appointment online which was easy and was sent a reminder of my appointment which was efficient and appreciated. I had Chris who they list as a Mid Level Technician. If you’re looking for meticulous workmanship then Chris is your person. He was awesome from start to finish. I had an issue with my heels which he spent time on making sure we’re done to my liking. Chris trimmed my nails and perfectly trimmed my cuticles. He took great pride in his work with complete focus on my pedicure. Chris was amazing and I will now be a loyal client. The salon was clean and organized and very comfortable. Thank you Chris for a great pedicure and I will be back now not as a new customer but as a satisfied client. I would make one recommendation and that is they should change your title to Senior Level Technician. My best

I went here twice, both times for dip manicures. The first time I saw Helen, who was very rough and nicked several of my cuticles. She also put WAY too much dip powder on my nails so they felt extremely thick and strange. They started to chip after only 5 days.

The receptionist or whomever is in charge of answering the phones is rude. I first scheduled an appointment for gel pedicure l two days ago. Then when I called to correct my name for the appointment (they put me as Judy when that’s not even my name) , I was told I I can get my toes painted when I wanted gel. When I told them I didn’t want my toes painted I got hung up on. Then when I called back to confront them for being unprofessional I got hung up on again. I then called back for the third time yo hang up in her face and now leaving this review. Don’t waste your time with them. They dont know how to conduct themselves properly.

I made two appointments over the phone. One for myself and one for my friend. I was out of town visiting, so this is not my normal salon. Both appointments were made incorrectly when we got there. I have dip powder and tips. After 10 minutes of a woman and man going back and forth on how to remove my polish, the woman finally sat down and agressively filed everything off of my nails. No soaking, or anything! She didn’t put new tips on because she said that would take too long. I should have left then, but my friend was in the middle of her service. Both of us left with lumpy, uneven nails. The next day, three of my nails completely chipped and two broke off where the tips were. Not shocking as they filed them to nothing.

I just got my nails done here the other day on Tuesday where I got a pink gel manicure and today (Friday) the gel is making the color turn brown. I’m upset because I just spent a lot of money and now my nails don’t look nice.

I asked for powder manicure. I don’t think my tech knew how to do dip as there were spots on my nails without polish that she then covered with gel in the same color. Nails were also uneven and bubbly. I pointed out one nail that was especially bad and she disagreed until she changed it to an excuse about the paint dripping.

Helen, Jamie and the rest of the staff there are awesome. This addition to CampusTown is a lovely spa like experience that you’d expect in a major city, but without the enormous price tag. They said they don’t specialize in designs but Helen went above and beyond for my geometric designs. It’s nearly impossible draw a straight line on a curved surface but Helen did a damn good job! For $80 I got a basic pedi w/scrub and a light lower leg and foot massage, and a gel manicure w/a design on all 10 fingers and a light hand and shoulder massage. PLUS complimentary tea and my favorite pepridge farm dark chocolate Milano cookie
