I was looking for a salon that had a variety of products available and a wealth of knowledge about them, and this place is definitely it. India is always so wonderful with my nails, even though I change my mind nearly every time with what shape I want, and Nikia has such a wonderful understanding of all the products they offer. I haven’t gotten a waxing yet, but I’ve only heard wonderful things from the other clients. Highly recommend!

The ear candling was an AWESOME service to try and have done. It was such a great way for me to clean out all the impurities within my ears like the pollen that had been built up over time. I loved that Nakia explained everything to me after the service was complete. I loved the relaxing environment with the soft music and I appreciate the how clean the spa room.

After searching for a place that I could get multiple services in one place, I was lucky enough to come across Polished Nail and Skin Care Boutique. I have had pedicures with Shy, Waxing with Tamika, and Waxing and Facial with Nakia. Every service has been wonderful. After being turned off by a particularly bad facial, Nakia convinced me to trust her, and SHE WAS RIGHT. I have VERY sensitive skin, and various skin conditions, and that facial was wonderful, with no adverse affects after. 10/10 would recommend.

She also gives recommendations on whats best for my nails. I recently had the opportunity to have a facial with Nakia at Polished Nail and Skin Care Boutique, and y’all my skin looks and feels amazing after just one session with her! She took the time to hear the concerns that I had about my skin and provided education about what may be causing my issues. Nakia also set me up with a daily skin routine that will address all of my concerns, but not take a lot of time out of my schedule. I’ve had a LOT of facials at different spas and I can honestly say that this was one of the best. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I booked with this nail salon for the first time to get a gel overlay. I paid $60 up front because I was a new customer. On the day of my appointment I was 15 minutes late due to 695 traffic which was out of my control( coming from Rosedale). Then I could not find this hidden place, so I called the nail tech to direct me. This put at 30min late. I understand that you could not do my nails because of another appointment, but not refunding me the $60 or even half of that is unacceptable. I do not recommend this salon to anyone that is new or is looking for another nail salon.
