Best nail place in town! The staff are super friendly and they do an amazing job. My sister, mom and I have each gone twice. Every time they turn out beautiful there is no 30 minute wait to get help like most nail salons I’ve been into even with an appointment. I’d like to clarify that every time I go, I make an appointment! 10/10 would recommend them and will be a returning customer 🙂

Let me start by saying I use to go to polished almost every 2 weeks for about a year and I hadn’t been there for maybe 7-8 months. Well went in today 12/16/2022 with a friend and I must say I was very disappointed. Everything from the nail shape i wanted to the design I wanted (which the one I chose was VERY simple) were criticized. Was told the shape would make my nails look wide and not good, tech wouldn’t take any of my input on the design to try and make it work and ended up with something different entirely and a simple heart on both of my ring fingers both uneven, not centered and different sizes. Had to ask tech to just at least make both sides even to which he said “is that good enough?” My nails are uneven and just done sloppy. I use to love coming to polished but I think today will be the last time. If I’m paying almost $75 I don’t want to feel like I’m being an inconvenience or feel like someone’s just trying to get a job done, take my money and get me out the door… as for my friend, her gel wasn’t cured properly and ended up peeling and bubbling up due to still being wet as soon as she got home… just truly disappointed

Nail technician is really good and my nails come out beautiful. I’ve been going here for about 6 months. Shop is kept cleaned. I like everything. There is one thing that bothers me and I’m not sure there is some people out there feel the same way. The price is always different. My ticket shows $43 for fill in but the lady at the register always charge me $45. I thought that was weird. Few times I went in there was a gentleman, he charged me $43. Why is the price different on the same service??? Not sure why but it’s not a good feeling. I do feel cheated.

Worst nail service I’ve ever received. Unhygienic as the person doing my nails was bleeding on her hand. When I pointed her blood out to her she made a sassy comment back and did not take proper hygiene precautions. She was coughing every minute with little regard to my health and grabbing my fingers roughly telling me to relax. When I explained my experience to the desk, they did not offer an apology or understanding that it was an unacceptable service. I will not be back.

I got my manicure done and paid 75 for my fingers to be tugged at and pushed rudely. As well a cut. I have seen many reviews now stating that other people had the same problem with nails techs cutting them and not addressing the cuts. I got a cut and it bled and the worker did nothing about it and still applied chemicals over it. I had told her I needed to wash my hands and she told me no. This place seems very risky! It was my first time and last time getting them done here!

The main reason I went for a pedicure was to have an ingrown nail removed. Hanna , did an amazing job getting it out with very little pain , something I wasn’t able to do.The rest of the pedicure felt very good for my first time having one and I can see myself being a repeat customer. Pedicure

Came to get a pedicure and my previous gel removed and new gel set. It turned out so bad I’m tempted to go somewhere else to have it removed. The gel is pooled into the sides of my toes and super uneven and thick. Ugh. Not what you expect when you pay $70. Pedicure

I’ve gone here multiple times for pedicures, acrylic nails, and dip manicures. Every time I get a pedicure they come out super cute. The paint last long and I don’t have chipping. My acrylics always come out looking fantastic and exactly what I want. The dip that I got came out perfect and last until my next appointment which is every 4 weeks. I always schedule an appointment for my nails but I do walk in for my toes. Sometimes I have to wait but I’m fine with it. They take their time and are kind to me every time I go. I love going there and I look forward to it! I think the person I go to is Rose (she sits closest to the desk.) She’s always kind and makes great small talk. She’s great at her job and pays attention to detail. It’s a wonderful place!
