Please be careful when going here and speak up for yourself! I went and waited for about an hour and a half. They drilled my natural nails until the point they were indented and red. I didn’t realize what they were doing. Sat down with another nail tech to get my dip power done. She said nothing about how indented and red my nails were. Just covered them up. Went back to my nail salon I normally go to and she refused you put anything on my nails because they were so thin and red, putting anything heavy on them would make them break right away. Had to cut them off and let them grow out. They ruined my nails. I have never had this problem at any other salon.

I’d love to review this business & their services however, I can’t because after 30 minutes of waiting, even though I had an appointment, I left. I called the day before to make an appointment because I know Saturdays are often busy at most nail salons. I arrived early as this would be my first time at this place. I was greeted, checked in and instructed on where to sit. After 10 minutes someone brought me a book to select my SNS color. I wasn’t impressed with the number of options but I will say there was a good variety in color options for the limited selection. After about 20 minutes the employees were finishing up services on customers and I thought someone might be coming to start my nails… nope. They were just getting started on other customers. I understand being busy but no one communicated how behind they were running and just let me sit there. After 30 minutes I got up and let one of the employees know I was leaving. I made an appointment because I have other plans today. Clearly my time (and money) wasn’t important to them. Only reason I didn’t do 1 star is because all of the staff did seem nice.

Everyone here is always nice & friendly. The female owner did my pedicure & it was great. Moon did my nails are they are perfect. She is the first person to ever get the shape correct. I will definitely be back. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because all 3 times I’ve come here it took over 5 hours for just a pedi & sns nails. They move pretty slow and I usually get switched between a few techs like one will start my pedi, then another comes in then another polishes me which stretches the pedi out to like 2-2.5 hours then my sns takes 2-2.5 hours. Way too long!
