Jennifer N. is amazing! I had an appointment today for a dip manicure with nail art and she did a fantastic job. Not only is she so kind and helpful, she was efficient but still took time to make sure every detail was perfect. The last time I had a dip manicure with her it lasted almost 3 weeks with no chipping! I work with my hands a lot as a bridal consultant so it’s important to me that my manicures will last a while and still look great. Loved my experience and I’ll definitely be back!

Very clean. I do not get my nails done often. My daughter took me as a Christmas gift. I had a pretty blue picked out, the manicurist suggested red. It came out really pretty and we weren’t there very long. Gel dries quickly. Will treat her next time.

I came in on November 3 (today is November 7) to have my nails done. There are already bubbles and separation under the acrylic. My nails were rushed, they are not what I asked for at all (and tried to communicate that during the session), and they are not done well at all. The acrylic is super thick and lumpy, she put the tips on incorrectly, she didn’t clean up the back of the nails at all, she cut my cuticles, glued the nails to my skin which created more cuts, and basically gave me nails you would see on someone twice my age.

Multiple times I’ve walked in and out without the quality I was charged for. It seems that the techs (Aaron, Jenny) get to make they price and decided if they want to do solid work that day. Acrylic too watery, nail art not what was showed or promised, appointments rescheduled last minute when booked in advance, I could go on but when you try to the blame the client for YOUR QUALITY control. Just don’t worry about it. Management you need a little quality control on your techs and an actual price sheet for services. Good luck to anyone who ever has a problem here because it won’t get handled responsibly.

I come in to see Bella every two weeks and she NEVER lets me down! She is so friendly and does a fantastic job on my nails. She’s great with designs, color suggestions & most of all my nail shape! Being able to book with her in the app just makes everything even better.

First time I asked for dip with tips, they were beautiful.. For about a week, then they started lifting and chipping.. Went back in and they were kind enough to do a fix which at that point I just wanted the tips off. After getting them redone, the dip I got started chipping AGAIN after a few days.. I am thankful they fixed the first set for free but the fact that it happened again is frustrating.
