We have been in on several different occasions lately & have always been pleased with the service & quality. My daughters like to get the dip & acrylic nails here & the staff consistently ask if they are pleased throughout the process. I have no doubt that they take pride in their work & want you to be happy. We make appointments to help avoid the wait times as they seem extremely busy since the remodel, but love the improvements! We will keep going here for all our manicure & pedicure needs!!

Absolutely love this nail salon and I will definitely be going back it’s my favorite in Gallatin and the prices are very reasonable! Relaxing environment and they can actually speak and understand English! They take their time with you and make sure you’re satisfied. I got the classic pedicure and polish and acrylic manicure with gel and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out! I highly recommend this salon it’s definitely worth your time! I always make my appointment in advance!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThey were pretty busy so after waiting 30 mins with my hands soaking, I started to take off the aluminum foil and use the cotton to remove the extra SNS. I had glitter SNS so it got on my hands a bit. He goes on with the routine and leaves the glitter all over my hands. I asked him to dip another time to thicken the nail and he said no. After my nails had dried I was trying to pick the glitter out from under my nails and broke a nail… because they were too thin. He said to wash my hands and I asked if that was going to take the glitter off. He essentially told me if I hadn’t tried to do his job, he would have taken the glitter off. I’ve always gone to Polished in Mt. Juliet and was so happy to hear they opened another location in Gallatin, which is much closer to me. Everyone is very nice and professional. They also always do an amazing job! This is what I asked them to do for my New Year’s Eve nails!

I called to see if 5:45 was too late to remove dip and redo them. They said it was fine. I felt rushed and they used the drill on my nails and one it hurt. Then the new application of dip was rushed and they are smooth at all.

Okay so I’m not one to complain at all and I have never even given someone a bad review but I just went to polish nail salon by Kroger and I called before going in to ask if there was a wait I was told no so I walked in and was told oh sorry there’s 30 mins wait now and I said okay that fine but then I sat and waited over an hour and 15 mins they started on my nails and she cut my finger with file and then filed one of my nails to short and when I told her she said it fine I will fix so she proceeded to file down the whole side of my nail and when I said something she had different women come over and she explained to her what I was saying and I was just asking her to fix were she made them uneven she “evened” out all my nails to match the one she messed up and then started putting polish on my nail without cleaning the lose acrylic off and when I said something she told me ugh no it will be fine and finally after two hours of back and forth I went to pay and she added an upgrade fee and when I asked why there was an extra upgrade fee she said because I had to reshape your nails so much and I said no I just asked you to fix them because you filed the one to much made it uneven with the rest and was told that still counts as upgrade shaping fee ♀️ and when asked to talk to manger was told we don’t have one you can just talk to me and after some back and forth she told me your nails are done either way and this is a reasonable price so we won’t be taking that off or giving that upgrade fee back rather the cause a scene or keep going back and forth with her I paid and left because at this point I was so upset and just wanted to be out of there I get my nails done regularly and have never had people be so rude or unprofessional I really wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
