I visited this salon for the first time yesterday after seeing pictures of their work on social media. Let me start with saying they are AMAZING. In every aspect. The salon is modern, clean and does not have the overwhelming chemical odor most salons have. My nail tech was friendly and personable, but above all she is extremely talented in her craft. I would say all of the techs at Polished are above the typical skill and quality level you get at other places. They have tons of color options and offer pretty much every service you could imagine. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on my nails, which have literally never looked better. Christine took care of my cuticles and performed the rest of the service with precision. She is truly amazing, if you are considering Polished definitely go. I’d recommend making an appointment, they definitely are booked!

Ive been coming to Polished Nails for the last 3 years. I always get acrylic nails and was going to a local salon but noticed a co worker always had beautiful nails and she told me she went to Polished. I made an appointment with Quin and would never go anywhere else. All the staff is amazing, and all do an amazing job. If your looking for designs/specialty nails this is the place to be! An appointment is your best bet since they do get busy

I recently moved to west deptford from westchester county NY and I was trying to find a nail place as good as mine in Scarsdale. I must say my first experience was ok but my nails lifted after 1 week and a half for the money I paid that should not of happened at all my nails looked horrible as if I had them for over a month. I decided to give them another chance with another nail tech and I must say Nana did an outstanding job on my nails the shape down to the application of my acrylic and my design was beautiful. I normally do dip powder but decided to give acrylic nails another try and I love them. My pedicure was great also. Prices are kinda pricey but you pay for the service

Have been coming to Polished for over a year now and have always had a great experience. Christine is phenomenal, but I’ve seen other people too and they’ve all been great. Made me wait for an hour after I mentioned I was gonna be a little late. Manager drinking on the job while handling sharp tools. I’m usually very respectful but I felt incredibly disrespected in this salon. Paul gave me so much attitude when I asked him to fill my cuticles with acrylic (he missed some spots) and fix a few crooked nails and went on a rant on how he knew what he’s doing and charged me $20 more than what I’ve paid in the past. He kept arguing and gaslighting “is everything ok? ..WELL I KNOW WHAT IM DOING” well I know what I want as the customer and was politely asking. I was incredibly uncomfortable I drove here all the way from philly because there was good service in the past and my nails also have air bubbles do not go here.

Recently moved the area and was told to try Polished. I won’t go anywhere else. The place is gorgeous (though unassuming from the outside) and the staff is so friendly and kind. My manicure was perfect, Kim made me feel so welcome and at home. Will be coming back over and over again. Some folks have suggested that the prices are “high” but having moved here from Philly, you’re paying a little more for incredible quality.
