This place is so deceiving! I love the layout….set up promotes client/stylist privacy but not so much that you feel alienated. I saw Darlene for a cut and color/foil. Showed her a picture of a style and color that I wanted and she talked me through how I could achieve those results. Two visits later (as expected) I am IN LOVE with my hair. I like that she is honest and not pushy with retail product…though she does educate you on what is best for your hair type….she just doesn’t upsell aggressively. Glad I found this place. Looking forward to more services there (their mani/pedi area is AMAZING!)

I was actually visiting Leominster Podiatry and forgot to bring my mask. I had foot surgery and panicked because we didnt have time to go back to get one. My bfriend went into the nail salon and they gave him one for me. I am not a person who gets her nails professionally done, but these ladies came to my rescue so I highly recommend them just dor how gracipus they were! Hard to find these days!!! I will definitely go here when I ever get my nails done and will highly recommend them!

You know how when you find the right salon you’ll do whatever it takes to keep going there? Well, Polished is that place. I drive all the way from Boston to get my hair and nails done there. It’s clean, modern, and all the stylists are super nice and good at what they do. I’ve been going to Ali for my cut & color for a while now and she ROCKS. I would recommend this place for sure.
