I’ve been coming here for around 5 months based on a recommendation from a friend. I’m a very particular person who expects great service and great results- I get just that from her. Each time I bring a new design or idea, Tina tells me, I’ll try it. I absolutely love that about her. I’ve been to numerous salons in Raleigh Wake Forest and even all the way in Franklinton and remain a loyal customer.

Love this place. It feels like a club when you walk in, always a hoppin vibe with great music and wonderful service. Everyone here is great at doing nails and are all super friendly. This is the best way to start or end your weekend. Atmosphere is fun, and there’s always some booze flowing. The staff is having as much fun as you are.

Critical: QualityI usually get my nails done by the same man and he is fantastic! I couldn’t ask for a better nail tech.But the last two times I went my experience was horrible and a woman did my nails. I was rushed out and had to return three days later because of how horrible they looked and a few had already broken in half.When I returned she redid them for free and I tipped. However, they still look awful and she cut me both times. They are uneven, different lengths, bumpy, and splotchy. When I requested she clean them up she said it’ll fix itself when I wash my hands at home. Overall, the experience was just ok. First off I had gel only on my big toes left and after the lady took it off she alerted me that for the take off of gel on the pedicure that it was a $10 up charge… Had I known that I could have peeled it off myself in one minute. But ok so overall for a gel pedi and mani it was $95. I am not hard to please, but my nails looked sloppy. There was excess paint around the edges and he was very aggressive on one area of my cuticle causing it to bleed. Fast forward two days and my gel nail polish is already chipping. I called today to speak with a manager to see if I could get some money back and they refused because they want me to come in. I explained I am not wanting to drive 70 mins round trip to get my nails done again. I am wasting my time and gas.

They were very friendly and accomodating when I had to push back my appointment. Clean establishment. However, when I was get my nails cleaned up, a bit of my skin was wripped in the process. When I showed an inspiration picture for my nails, the technician seemed confident she could do it. Nails were decent but wished that I wasn’t bleeding for a portion of my appointment.

First set of dip and toes polish peeled off, which was frustrating because I was going to a bachelorette the following weekend, but then I went back and Susie hooked me up – she redid my mani and pedi for a low reasonable price and they look great. Appreciate the customer service, the fix and attention to detail every time. I will now keep coming back. She’s also fun to talk to, keeping the mood light. Plus, the salon is clean & they provide the wine!
