Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityPolished Nail Bar definitely knows how to pamper people! The salon is beautiful and clean. They offer you a hot neck wrap and drinks with your session as well. I’ve gotten my nails done three times now with three different ladies and have had equally great experiences with all of them. They take the time to make sure you love what you’re getting and you don’t feel rushed at all. My gel manis have lasted me weeks every time I’ve gone! I’ve gotten so many compliments.They even accommodated me for a few last-minute appointments, including an instance when I had a different salon cancel on me! They definitely do their best to take care of their customers.The only possible downside is the pricing. This is probably one of the more expensive places I’ve ever gone, but you get what you pay for! Polished Nail Bar definitely knows how to pamper people! The salon is beautiful and clean. They offer you a hot neck wrap and drinks with your session as well. I’ve gotten my nails done three times now with three different ladies and have had equally great experiences with all of them. You can tell it was designed with care, attention to detail, and with their clients in mind. Leah did my Polished Manicure (gel) but everyone from her to the owner to the receptionist checked in on me. Did I need a warm neck wrap? Would I like a glass of wine, champagne, tea, or water? Would I like a refill? Everyone working there was incredibly attentive and welcoming. My nails looked absolutely perfect and Leah checked in with me throughout the entire process to ensure I was satisfied. You can tell it was designed with care, attention to detail, and with their clients in mind.
