This is the nail spot you visit if you’d like a cute experience or if your nails/feet don’t really require a lot of maintenance. I spent $95 for a dip that chipped and broke 4 days later and the tech that did my toes really didn’t do much cleaning or shaping which sucks. I was asked if i would like my cuticles cleaned after my dip process was done, I wasn’t going to pay extra for something that should be included. Their “spa chairs” don’t offer a massage and if they do the nail techs were too busy having their own conversation to mention it. The bowl you dip your feet in is super cute though, and their front area looks nice too wish their space matched the work they do. Definitely will not be going back.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I got my nails done and the next day my nails were chipping. I called to get them fixed and they mentioned I have to pay a fee?! My nails were already over $100! If you want a poor job done and have money to spend try it out if not I do not recommend this place at all. Way over priced !! Also they hardly have colors so if you show a design with a color you want 90% of the time they won’t have it. Good luck !!

It was my second time here and possibly my last. I came on Sunday to get a gel mani and pedi. The girl that helped me was the girl that only spoke Spanish. I normally don’t care for small talk, but her aura was extremely negative. I’d forgive all of that if it weren’t for the fact that my thumb nail has been throbbing for the last few days. I’ve been treating it as an infection. I have never had this happen to me in the 15+ yrs I’ve been getting my nails done which leads me to believe the woman who did my nails did not sterilize her tools properly. I am highly disappointed. This nail lady was also hostile towards the other nail tech that was there. At one point she rudely shoo’ed her away and me and my sister looked at eachother like, did that just happen? It just made the experience awkward and honestly if I do come back it will have to be when she is not there bc her energy was so negative. Also, the color I chose did not match the polish she put on me. It wasn’t a big deal but I wish she would have confirmed with me as the other nail lady did with my sister. Maybe it was an off day for her and I understand we all have bad days, but it’s not fair to put that on your customers. I would have much rather waited the hour for the other nail tech than to sit through another session with this woman.

This was my 1sr time here and I took my hubby!! The place is adorable!! Everything we ordered was delicious, the coffee de looks and sooo cute!! Loved it!! Ok the food——best chilaquiles I’ve had in a very long time at a restaurant! We loved the food and my expectations can be a bit snobby!! But wow this place blew my mind! The French toast to die for! Will be back this Saturday!

I have been getting a manicure and pedicure at polished nails for at list six months. One of the main reasons I come is when I started the place was always clean and organized, they honor appointments, which is great, not to mention the great service I get from Katie and Jaden, they are both great!! Unfortunately I noticed the last times the place was dirty and disorganized. Towels all over, trash under the desks etc. Most receptionist help clean and Desinfect the bowls, clean the chairs etc. The one I saw last was inside of one of the rooms and only came to the front when it was time to pay. I hope this place is not becoming another in the bunch.

This is a unique nail bar, however as I am new to Los Angeles I searched for a place online and this is what I got. I called and asked how much was a pedicure I was told it was $25, I asked is that with the gel polished and I was told yes. I got there and upon checking out I was informed that yes it was originally $25 but as I had gel polish on my toes that was an extra $5 and something else happened oh with the gel that I wanted back on my toes was an additional $10 this everything ended up costing $40. I felt that I was nickel and dimed and it made me uncomfortable that night as I took my shower and thought about it I enjoyed it but I don’t think I will go back.
