I can not say enough good things about Polished Nail Bar! My daughter accidentally gave a $93 tip when she meant to tip $13, not realizing it until much later in the day. As much as she would love to gift someone that amount, her college student status can not afford it! The ladies were so kind and immediately confirmed the mistake and gave back the money. Needless to say, I ponied up a more sizable tip for their understanding kindness. We appreciated it so much. Her nails look amazing. This will always be her favorite mail place when she comes home. Thank you, Hope, and the staff at Polished.

Really like this place. They do awesome work and are really sweet. I did only mark 4 stars because my pedicure was supposed to be $40 and my nails $30 (according to price sheet) and my total was $91 … I will just double check next time on pricing. Other than that no complaints here

Not impressed with the quality of work done. They have a lot of traffic so the main goal is to get people in and out quick. They won’t turn you away if they are busy & take walk ins. That’s what your nails and feet look like when you’re done. Rushed. The time and higher prices aren’t worth what you get. The employees are extremely nice though!

Worst $85 I’ve spent. Waited an hour soaking and waiting. Nail tech raced through the appointment. 3 hours later…. Gel has completely disappeared from two toes and my manicure has polish on my skin!

Very attentive, fun and talented group of ladies. Had a great time getting a mani-pedi. Felt comfortable and relaxed and just overall enjoyed myself. Plus, my nails look great. I made a special request and they met it and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.
