Absolutely the worst place in town , hands down . Somehow the tech messed up the dip and it didn’t dry properly . She told me the flaking of powder would “ wash off .” Then the woman who checked me out looked at them and said they were done incorrectly. I was given the option to come back the next day or pay 20.00 to soak off . She said she had customers to take care of and had no time for me to get them fixed that day . ( two people in the place at the time ) Did not apologize or care AT all ! So I had them soaked them off just to get out of there ( then she filed my nail beds down to the point that they bled ) Completely unprofessional, totally untrained on their products and techniques. I will tell every person I know never to step foot in there . Word of mouth is everything- shame on them . In the end , I paid for them to destroy my nails.

I have been visiting Polished Nails for a while. I believe it to be the best nail salon in the area, and Lina always does a fantastic job with my natural nails, which I am quite particular about. The other day, I had to change my appointment at the last minute, and Lina told me to go over straight away. They had 10 minutes left before their scheduled closing time. I recently experienced the best customer service I’ve ever received. I heartily advise Polished Nails for all of your nail care requirements.

I have not been disappointed with a service yet, Still my favorite place to go to Polished Nail Bar! My gel nails look natural and nail tech did not hurt me once. Everyone was so attentive and friendly. Employees there are very friendly and I recommend to anyone that likes to have their hands and feet done. I cannot express how much I loved this place.

Although this is not my first pedicure, this place has been my go-to for them. Holly was fantastic! I’ve never felt more at ease having my feet and legs handled than I did with her. Even though I chose the second tier pedicure, she made me feel like I received the best. For the best pedicure in the neighborhood, I would definitely recommend!

When I show up for my appointment, she is always punctual, and I am always greeted politely. It stinks that I have to keep my nails short for work, but when I leave the store I feel like a princess! I walked in at 5:20pm. The first thing caught my attention was it was warm and felt wet and I should of left. I was asked what service I wanted and to pick a color. I waited 5 minutes and then was told by a “child” my pedicure bowl was ready. I sat there at the pedicure bowl for 35 minutes until I attempted to ask for a towel to dry my feet and leave and was completely ignored. Not to mention, someone walked in after I had been there for 30 plus minutes at the pedicure bowl waiting. She was immediately attended too. It wasn’t until I was walking out the door that the lady seated in the front was trying to stop me from leaving. And I had to asked her twice not to touch me. I do not recommend and I wouldn’t ever go back there.
