Lauren is so amazing!!! She is so sweet and super professional. I love how she takes the time to thoroughly explain things to you. She answered all my questions and helped me figure out what would best suit me. And I LOVE how honest she is about what she recommends. I am new to the area (CT) and needed to find a new aesthetic. I found Lauren online and reached out. Her responsiveness to squeeze me into her busy schedule for a next day appointment (which I needed since I had an important event that weekend) was greatly appreciated! She took so much time out of her day to chat with me about my history, and my goals for my skin and to make super helpful recommendations on how to help me achieve them. I never felt rushed, and she made me feel so comfortable right off the bat. She was also great about letting me know exactly what she was doing, as she was doing it. If you go to Polished, you will leave looking 10x better, and you will want to be best friends with Lauren. I had my first appointment with Lauren yesterday, after going to another MedSpa for years and OMG I wish I’d made the switch sooner. She took so much time out of her day to chat with me about my history, and my goals for my skin and to make super helpful recommendations on how to help me achieve them. I never felt rushed, and she made me feel so comfortable right off the bat. She was also great about letting me know exactly what she was doing, as she was doing it. If you go to Polished, you will leave looking 10x better, and you will want to be best friends with Lauren.

Not only does everything still hold true from my previous review, as I’ve continued to work with her, I’ve learned that she is also always on top of the latest research and shares how to keep my skin in the best possible shape. It’s important to me that I can find someone I’m comfortable working with for things that aren’t always straightforward and I’m thankful to have found Lauren. She was chosen to meet Dr. Obagi himself!! Friends now regularly compliment me on my skin and I always tell them I owe it to Lauren and ZO. Since I’m on the West coast, my products need to be shipped and they *always* arrive super quick. I’m still holding out that one day she’ll decide to move out this way or at least have a pop up (if that’s even possible) so I could start going to her for my in-person treatments :))**I’m so grateful to have found Lauren. I was looking for someone who could help me address my melasma and by following her ZO regimen, not only has it improved, the overall texture and appearance of my skin has transformed! I’m extremely happy with my results. I tend to have *a lot* of questions and Lauren is quick to address them honestly and thoroughly. Not only does everything still hold true from my previous review, as I’ve continued to work with her, I’ve learned that she is also always on top of the latest research and shares how to keep my skin in the best possible shape.
