This place is horrible! They should give an option for zero stars! Got a pedicure here and it completely came off two days later! I called to let them know and they said sorry, there is nothing I can do about it! Save your money and go somewhere else! I never got a pedicure that came off in two days! It usually lasts 3 weeks or longer! Especially for no chip! This was a complete scam! And they don’t know if I got no chip or not because I paid cash, and they don’t give a receipt.

I would definitely not recommend this place they do your nails different shapes nothing ever matches. I had to tell the woman numerous times my nails she did not match. She seemed aggravated and did not care. Definitely save your money. Don’t go here and waste your time and money. They also lie about the price they tell you a cheaper price just to get you in the door and then when it’s time to pay the price amount end up being different.

You don’t find to many shops that at least one person speaks English well and understands our needs when we visit. I love the atmosphere and the staff. Ohh yea she does really great nails. I had the most awful visit. I got a full set n wanted the rose gold chrome nails. The young lady doing my nails didn’t know what she was doing. When she finished the black base coat was showing through the chrome. Inserted of explaining what she was going to do she just started removing the polish and another tech had her turn to mess up. I had to choose another color because I was told the rose gold chrome didn’t work so I chose the iridescent. The black coat showed through also and it was lumpy. They only wanted to offer me a $10 discount for messing up my nails. The thumb Nail polish came off like a sheet n my ring finger polish came off in the shower. I will never return there because they do not offer 100% customer satisfaction.

The $20 pedicure is a gimmick to get you in there. The pedicures are terrible, they are rushed, they don’t scrub your feet which is the whole reason I go. And half of them don’t speak English so when asking them a question they always had to find the manager, my polish came off after 3 days. Never coming back here.

DO NOT GO HERE. I got a pedicure today and I timed it. It was only 10 minutes long. 10 MINUTES! I am sadly not exaggerating. Sign says $20 pedicure. I got charged $22 for using a credit card. These “pedicures” don’t even include a massage. Literally unbelievable I wasted my time and money. Would never recommend. Oh and a worker walked in with a Heineken case. Then sat and did someone’s nails. Place is a joke.

This place has gone downhill use to be good the nail polish is old used and abused the opi to be exact on the wall watered down or old. The pedicures are rushed the tools aren’t from plastic bags new for each client they just wash them or if they even do that after each client. They don’t use scoopers to take out the scrubs for the pedicure they use thier glove and dig in each time which is used from other customers. (Double dipping) The past two times I went it was terrible they don’t cover the nail completely with polish be aware. Other customers complained as well when I was there. I can’t ever go back and they just say sorry and they have new people on staff.

Monica and her Mom own Polished Lounge. Friendly, clean, great energy there. I’ve had the pleasure of getting Kelly, she does an excellent job, makes sure you’re feeling ok and is a very sweet lady. I’m very happy with my experience there.
