The owner, Latasha Sloan, has been my Nail Technician Specialist for over 12 years. I love how she cares for my hands and feet (not just the nails) and how she pampers all of her clients. She is always punctual with her appointments and mindful of time allotted for services rendered! She is also very personable and sweet. Outside of all of that greatness, I have had many experiences with her in which she has shown me superior customer service. I will mention only two here. Once, I texted her my appointment and she forgot to put it on her book. On the day of the service, I showed up and she apologized for mismanaging her booking(s). She told me to stay and she would work me in, if my time permitted. Since I had an engagement the next day, I stayed. She not only completed my manicure and polish change in a timely manner (multitasking at its best), she did not charge me for my services, but I left her a great tip ;). Latasha has a sign on her wall that says if you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, you will be charged a $15 late fee. In reference to that, the second instance was a time where she was running behind on her schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. She called me and told me she was running about 30 minutes behind and if I needed to stop and get food to do so (because she knows I always be hungry, lol). When I arrived, she apologized for any inconveniences and completed my services. When it was time to pay for my services, she told me to deduct $15 from my payment to compensate me for her tardiness. Latasha is AWESOME, I love her and she will be my Nail Technician Specialist for LIFE! ❤️ ✨
