I was STOOD UP!! I made the appointment weeks ago and called a week before the scheduled time to confirm everything was settled. On the day of my appointment no one answered the phone! I called at least 5 times. I don’t know if I’m more upset about being STOOD UP or the MONEY I PAID TO UBER TO GET HOME FOR NO REASON FOR THEIR UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!! Never again!!!!! Never never never! I should have known from the pictures on google that I was trying it!! Keita get it together!

My hair turned out ok, but the stylist got dye all over my skin and clothes and was rude. She also took 5 hours to do my hair when it should have taken 3 tops because she was working on several other people at the same time. Will not be going back.

I took my daughter here to get her hair done while I was waiting I noticed a girl doing eyebrows so I asked her could she do mine she said she didnt have time but I could make a appt for the next day mind you she sat in her chair playing on her phone for the next two hours and didnt have any other clients come in the entire time..so fast forward to the next day I leave work EARLY to make my appt I get there and she was not there so a girl in the shop called her for me at first she wouldnt answer then when they did get her on the phone and told her I was there she said “ok” and hung up I sat there for 30 mins waiting for her i had them call her back she didn’t answer so I left I wasted gas and money Because I left work early…NEVER AGAIN
