Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueToday was my first time in parlor beauty and I will most definitely be returning!! The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was absolutely lovely, and my nails came out exactly as I wanted. Kaylyn absolutely killed it with the shape, length, and application. I got so many compliments due to her amazing work!! I never got the receptionist’s name but she was so kind and had a wonderful personality! On top of that, the pricing wasn’t bad at all! Today was my first time in parlor beauty and I will most definitely be returning!! The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was absolutely lovely, and my nails came out exactly as I wanted. Kaylyn absolutely killed it with the shape, length, and application. I got so many compliments due to her amazing work!! I never got the receptionist’s name but she was so kind and had a wonderful personality! On top of that, the pricing wasn’t bad at all! Compared to the other nail salons I’ve been to, this one takes the cake. 5 stars all around, 6 if i could.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was eager to try this place and support a black owned business however I was disappointed. I booked online and let the system pick a person. The nail tech was nice however she was LATE. She told me that I had booked an early appointment.. it was 10:45 am. The site had so many options and I didn’t know what many of the services were…but I felt likecouldn’t go wrong with nail art. She told me did not know how to to do any nail art and wasn’t a good drawer. She tried to get me to get stickers, jewels, Ombre and I declined. We agreed to outlining 4 nails instead…apparently this is considered nail art because I was still charged the price for 4 fingers of nail art. Which I questioned the receptionist about when I went to pay. I was not happy about that…My overall experience was not pleasant. She kept on burning my fingernails with the drill and I ended up with sore fingers. She did a great job shaping my nails coffin like I had asked for. I got my nails done Thursday and 4 days later 1 of them was lifting. 7 days later and now 5 nails are lifting. Smh. The nail parlor is nice and comfortable and they play great music but maybe the nail tech I had needs a little bit shadowing/training or maybe she could have asked someone to step in and complete the nail art. I honestly did not feel like the nails that I walked out of there with were worth $64 but I still left her a tip….so this came out to be $70 something and I would rather go to a shop closer to get this nail removed and replaced then the 40 min drive time there and back. She was very knowledgeable and a very nice to talk to. Also was greeted as soon as I walked in. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and cared to make sure you were happy. Such an amazing experience for my first time. Kaylyn was my tech who gave me a phenomenal pedicure and a shellac manicure. She was very knowledgeable and a very nice to talk to. Also was greeted as soon as I walked in. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and cared to make sure you were happy. Overall one of my best experiences.
