I tried this business for the first time because my regular nail place sold their business and WOW! I am actually so thankful I was forced to try this place! The level of excellence I experienced here was the highest! They were organized, kind, detailed, experienced, and they communicated well with availability. The location is convenient, the store is well decorated, calming, very clean, and everyone is so professional, and friendly! Thank you guys for making me feel so welcome and doing such a great job on my nails and toes! I will be back!!

I’ve been to every nail place in the Shelby County area and have never found a place that I wanted to return to regularly, so getting my nails & toes done just became something I did when I wanted to treat myself. I went to Polished on a whim one weekend about a year ago and I haven’t been to another place since & it has now become something I treat myself to every 3 weeks! Every one there is extremely friendly and accommodating. Steven knows every one that walks in by name and greets them with a smile. And Anna is the most talented and amazing manicurist I’ve ever been to! Polished 31 is amazing!

I NEVER HAD MY TOES DONE BEFORE COMING HERE. I always thought I had the worst toe nails! I decided to try out a few local places instead of sticking to one salon just to see what’s out there. I liked this salon. Steven did my manicure and pedicure. He took his time and really paid attention to detail. Everything was good. I did not enjoy my small interactions with other staff members, but Steven greets everyone and he is very personable it really made the experience enjoyable. Book with him!
