HORRIBLE.. Do not get your eyebrows done here people!!! I have always been a very good customer, coming in bi-weekly. I decided to come in for an eyebrow wax and mani/pedi for a very important event i had the next day. So as the lady started puting wax on my eyebrow, she told me not to open my eyes and looked at me strangely. I knew something was up as soon as i saw the look on her face! She went to wax it off with the piece of wax paper…(knowing that she had put the wax in the wrong spot) And it hurt very bad which i thought was very odd? So as she proceeded to look at me and studder her words i knew something was definitley wrong. She said to me that i “squinted” my eye… And i said “What happened?” And then she said “….uh it doesnt look that bad…” And hands me the mirror. I looked into the mirror and half of my INNER eyebrow was missing! I could not believe my eyes. And ontop of it she lied and said it was my fault! She could not own up to her mistake! I was very very upset.. And i knew something went wrong the second she pulled the wax off because it never hurt like that before. So After that, Throughout my whole mani pedi i was very upset and they did not help at all, telling me that it wasnt noticable and it will grow back. Mind you, my profession is based around looks (modeling) and need my eyebrows & half of them are gone now. Very very disappointed. Esspecially with their reaction to me being upset…. They were acting as if it wasnt a big deal. She should have owned up to her mistake and take the wax off that she had messed up BEFORE rushing and completly waxing the whole thing off. She rushed through it all! They are not professional. I am very disqusted!
