He wasn’t sure if it was the person they gave him or the place. She couldn’t even speak English ( no offense). What I do know is they didn’t do a good job. His nails weren’t even. They didn’t ask him if he wanted clear polish on his feet or hands. However they put it on his hands and not his feet. Anyway, the next day the whole left hand polish had chipped off. I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday with a deluxe manicure and pedicure. He said from the time he sat down he just wasn’t feeling it. He wasn’t sure if it was the person they gave him or the place. She couldn’t even speak English ( no offense). What I do know is they didn’t do a good job. His nails weren’t even. Amazing! Even when they were a little backed up, Monica took her time with my gel manicure, lots of color options, my cuticles are perfect (and so many other places I’ve been too have made me bleed but NOT here!) It’s already been a week and my nails still look amazing. Just moved to the area and so happy that I found a great salon that is close to me. This will definitely become my regular nail salon.

First & foremost the establishment is beautiful. They offer you tea and coffee which is something you don’t typically get at a nail salon which was a plus for me. I scheduled a SNS appointment Nataline (sorry if I spell it wrong ) did my nails. She asked if I wanted my nails “thin or thick” and I said thick. My nails came out nice. Now fast forward, it’s Day 4 and my middle finger cracked on the side. I wanted to get it repaired but realized that a few will have to be paid due to their policy. I was annoyed with that because it had literally only been 4 days. So I just cancelled and left my nail the way it was. I was supper excited to call “Polished” my new home. My nails don’t looked as if they have SNS. It looks like a gel mani.

Absolutely will be back! They were easy to book with and flexible. I got a gel mani and it was done with great precision. The girl who took care of me was such a perfectionist I really admired it. And they offered me hot tea! So sweet 10/10 will recommend Manicure

I hands down had the BEST manicure today I have ever received and that is thanks to Monica the nail technician who I made the visit with. She is extremely meticulous and is super fast and clearly very experienced. Get in your visit soon because she books up! Manicure

I’m only giving two stars based on the aesthetics of the salon, but after trying two different nail techs I’ll probably never come back here again. Not a friendly establishment at all!!! Maybe because I don’t speak Spanish not sure. The first nail tech filed my toenails so raw and did a poor job at cutting my cuticles. She nicked me so bad, I couldn’t use hand sanitizer for a few days. I got a text requesting a review and I really wanted to like this establishment so I wanted to wait until my next visit to give a review… Well here I am wishing I just went to the typical Asian salon. At least they smile in your face and fake compliment you while talking about you. You know when someone is talking about you when they keep side eyeing you. The second lady I tried you could just tell she did not want to service me. She didn’t even direct me to come to the pedicure station, the receptionist had to tell me. She stood there standing there looking annoyed. As soon as she is done this pedicure, I’m leaving. I wanted a gel manicure but I’m good. I don’t want to feel tensed when I should feel relaxed. Just not warm at all!! To be clear the first tech was sweet but seemed inexperienced and I wanted to try someone new. I’m assuming the new lady is her friend and she was annoyed she had to service me. Never again! Also if someone has a callus wouldn’t you offer a callus remover?! Both times neither asked the first time I didn’t even know they offered it, the second time I just wanted to see if she would offer it but why would she based off how weak she’s scrubbing my foot.

My daughter loved her service from the nail technician. She got S&S tips and a pedicure. We went on a Sunday for the discounts. It’s still was a bit pricey because of the length and shape of her nails. Overall, Very clean, neat and professional. We will be returning.
