I normally don’t post nothing negative to a bussines but the service what i got was horrible, poor customer service from the guy on the front. I came here showing what I want, the lady told me multiple times she can do anything, any design wich I don’t know about that… but I what I got was uneven nails, the tip was showing, then when I start seeing what the lady was doing she was acting like she was in a rush.. she wasn’t helpful. But of course they charge me like if was a great job.

I went here yesterday, but I didn’t want to say anything. Other people nails looked great, but mine were horrible. I had an appointment and had to change it to a later time because of personal problems. We got seated quickly and was treated nicely, but our nails were a rush job. I will be trying out a different place, but other than that, the employees are nice and treat you with respect. In the pictures, I added oil myself to make them look decent.

This used to be my go-to nail salon. Last week, I went for my usual, shellac pedicure and full set. I came right when they opened the doors and they began seating people who were arriving after I did while i sat and waited. When i finally got seated for my pedicure, the receptionist asked if i wanted a drink and I said yes may i have water. I never received my water after asking for It twice. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice and attentive. After my pedicure I began getting my nails done and the nail tech was on a phone call the entire time and was rushing my set. When i asked if she can cut my nails shorter, she said “i already cut them short” and continued to complete and rush my set. After my service, I went to the front to pay and i saw that I had been charged for 2 pedicures and 1 full set. and the receptionist was very rude when i brought that to her attention. once she removed It, I paid and ended up leaving with longer nails than I wanted and an overall not-good experience. I have been coming to this salon for almost 2 years and this was my first bad experience. and due to this, I will not be returning. Not to mention, 2 of my nails popped off after only wearing my set for not even a full 2 weeks.

This place is amazing! If you’re like me and you have a hard time finding a good salon you have to give this place a try! I’ll be honest my first experience was not great, but my nails came out so good I had to come back. Lyna is my go to now she’s so good at what she does but before I stayed with her I had a few different techs and every time my nails looked great and they actually lasted without popping off.. With Lyna I get at least 3-4 weeks out of set! This is one of my biggest struggles with finding a good tech. Definitely give this place a try!

Lori did my nails great, but the owner is money hungry! There’s no reason a refill should be $65 when my original full set was also $65. What’s the point in getting a refill? The owner told the front desk receptionist to charge me $65 because he saw I using a student discount that they offer! It’s very inconsiderate to offer a discount but be unethical when it comes to charging. There’s no set prices and everytime you come prices are different and inconsistent. Owner if you’re reading this just know you lost a faithful customer.

Meh. Definitely better shops in the area…or maybe you just have to get the right tech. Tried this one because it was close to the salon where my son was being serviced. Just do the basic $28 pedicure…the upgrades are a scam. Plus, my tech started the timer for my 7min massage then proceeded to do my parrafin, lol. She didnt start the actual massage until 5:50 and at the 3 min mark she stopped to take the parrafin off…I was like lawd what type of debauchery is this lolol. Staff was very nice. Complimentary drinks. My first and last time coming though.
