This was my 1st experience with this salon. I’ve used another salon for several years and have become frustrated with the way they book clients after several instances of showing up for my appointment & being told they were full. Y’all know how hard it is to find a good nail tech! My daughter in law has been telling me how good these ladies were and she was correct. First and foremost this place is SANITARY! I loved that each client has their own little set of files/sponges. The shop and work stations are spotless! Every single lady is friendly and outgoing & hospitality is obviously a priority as I was asked several times if I was comfortable or needed a drink or snack. I wanted to try some fancy nail art like I’d seen on their Facebook page but I was 20 minutes late for my appointment and the fact that these ladies STILL let me keep my appointment, I decided to not push my luck and just got my usual gel manicure. They have SO many gorgeous colors to choose from too! I LOVE their polish removal process. Instead of wrapping my nails (my natural nails) to remove the polish, she applied a thick gel and then gently filed it off. Wrapping the nails works but also dries the skin. This was much better for my nails & skin! My pedicure was good too! Also a very sanitary process, which I cannot say enough about. Aside from one little nick on my cuticle (it happens!), which was handled carefully and gently, this was a GREAT experience. I will definitely be back and indulge in some fancy nails AND be on time for my appointment Really good first impression! Thank you so much Polished Perfection!

I am happy to say I have found my forever salon! This place is so awesome! The made accommodations for myself and my daughter and went above and beyond! I loved how caring they where with my daughter they made us feel right at home. The building is cute then you walk in and it’s cool even cuter! Beautiful decor and the chairs are so awesome! These ladies have such great talent and customer service. Most places around Gaffney I’ve been to and felt like I was being rushed out the door with poor care. Not here! I can keep rambling on and but I won’t. Just GO you won’t regret it!

Clean, professional, beautifully decorated. This is my first salon I’ve been to in Gaffney, I’ve walked into others and the fumes were just enough to give you a headache. This place seemed well balanced and it appears they take appointments with their clients seriously. Also, when I was checking out the one girl accidentally added 5 dollars more on my ticket due to a confusion with gel polish and the woman at the cashier made sure she double checked it and told me the price was cheaper than expected. I think that showed some great character as I wouldn’t have known the difference and just paid the ticket. Honest people! Love it

We were only in town for a couple of days getting some work done on our motorhome. These ladies were extremely accommodating and worked my husband and I in for pedicures. I also got a manicure. They did a wonderful job, were pleasant and have a lovely shop. If we are back in the area we will definitely stop again. Pedicure, Manicure

I can’t say enough good things. Everyone was so friendly. The first manicure I’ve ever had that I actually enjoyed. I was greeted and made to feel comfortable from the time I walked through the door. Very friendly staff and prompt. My mother and I where very happy with the service! Very pleased with my pedicure. I get pedicures done to prevent ingrown toe nails and they even trimmed my nails to ensure the nails do not grown into the skin. Pedicure, Manicure
