I hardly ever have my nails painted, but I wanted to make a self care day of it! This place went above and beyond. From the niceness of the staff to the quality of the manicure and pedicure, it was above my expectations! The pedicure was the best I have had, and I love foot massages and pedicures so I’m a little more picky about pedicures than manicures. But this one was hands down the best! I had never got a matte color before, but it turned out great! The staff really know they’re stuff and they’re so friendly. The place is super cute and always really clean. I am new to the Tampa area and was looking for a good, reliable place to get a pedicure and manicure. I hardly ever have my nails painted, but I wanted to make a self care day of it! This place went above and beyond. From the niceness of the staff to the quality of the manicure and pedicure, it was above my expectations! The pedicure was the best I have had, and I love foot massages and pedicures so I’m a little more picky about pedicures than manicures. But this one was hands down the best! I’ve literally never written a review of a place before but this was the worst manicure of my entire life. It was painful, she was rushing the entire time, RUDE, and for the first time in my life I had to ask the lady twice to fix a nail because it was sharp and jagged. at the end of the manicure there was clear gel polish on my finger tip that had dried to the skin and I asked her to get it off and she trip to rip it off with her nail and then just told me it would come off eventually. And I had to pay $66 for this manicure. I left crying and so upset. And I never ever had a problem with my nails and I’ve been to tons of different salons. Very upsetting. Literally anywhere else is better. I didn’t get the ladies name who did my nails but she was the only old lady there doing nails. So rude. So bad.

I scheduled a gel manicure appointment for my sister and I one week ago. We arrived early, yet still had to wait a significant length of time for our manicures to actually begin. The manicure itself was good, but average- there was nothing special about the experience. The nail tech was not especially friendly, and complained to my sister and I about other customers and the typical demographic of customers at the salon. For 2 gel manicures, our total was $95. I got this manicure a week ago, and one of my nails is already chipping. It is frustrating to have paid as much as I did for a basic manicure that is not proving to be long-lasting.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I am in disbelief with the service I received. I got a full set put on and a pedicure. The lady who did my full set was so rude and rough. She would yank my hands and fingers literally making them pop every time. She was in such a rush and filing my nails so hard which caused my nail to break. When she started painting my nails , she told me the color was so ugly and insisted I choose a different color. She then bossed around the lady who did my pedicure and was so rude to everyone in the salon. For the cherry on top, she tipped herself 30% when I was checking out. STAY AWAY.

I am religious about getting my nails down and unfortunately, I was in a jam and needed to get my nails done quickly for a trip and could not go to my normal salon. In sum, I wish I had waited for my nail salon to open and had no nails then go to Polished. I scheduled for 12:30 and a woman called me at 12 and asked where I was, I said my appointment is at 12:30 and she hung up. Once I arrived she rushed and made me quickly pick a color. She then kept getting aggravated when I asked for shorter nail. Finally to top it off, she filed the sides of my nails so hard, I have cuts on my side cuticles. There are much better nail salons around Tampa for less money.

I went in for a manicure with no nail polish, and a pedicure with regular nail polish, and eye brow waxing. It cost me $75. I never in all the years getting my nails done had to pay that much for all 3 services. I paid less in the same area for all 3 plus gel nail color with my manicure that cost less. How was it possible for all 3 services including a manicure with no nail polish going to cost more. I went to this same salon month’s ago for the same service, but had a gel nail polish added with my manicure, and it even cost less then. I believe I was ripped off. It’s all good. You got me this 1 time. But never again. Beware of the price gouging when you cone to this Salon. It is not about the money for me. I am an established health care provider. I was the principle for me.

Well, it started out good. Went to treat myself to a pedicure at Polished this past weekend. I dont treat myself often, and was really looking forward to some pampering. My pedicure with Nina was wonderful! She was so thorough and got my feet baby soft. She was also very sweet. All was going well until it was time for her to put on the polish. At that moment, another woman (I assume the manager??) came up to Nina and told her that she needs to move to the next appt and that she will finish me. Well this woman was RUDE. Beyond rude actually. She ripped the polish out of my hand and didnt say a word to me (no explanation like “I am just going to finish you up.”) Even a “hi” would have been nice. She never said a word to me, but muttered under her breath the entire time. She seemed SO ANNOYED. I quickly looked at both customers on either side of me. Both locked eyes with me and looked stunned. The rude technician finished my polish, and I was going to sit there for a minute since the salon was pretty empty and i wanted to be sure that my toes were dried. Before I knew it, she had grabbed my flip flops and was aggressively shoving my foot in. Then she grabbed my purse as if to say “get out.” I was a bit taken aback, but whatever. Then came the last round of her rudeness. I walked to the front and was looking for my wallet in my purse. She stood at the cash register and snapped her fingers at me repeatedly all while holding her hand out for my card. If this person IS the manager, then I feel bad for the ladies working there. She is HORRIFIC and because of her, I will never return. There are tons of nail salons in this area, and I refuse to waste my time of money on this place ever again. I truly cant get over the rudeness of this woman. The more I think about the rudeness of this woman, the more mad it makes me. It is a shame because Nina did such a wonderful job and was very sweet!

Loved the customer service and staff! They were all extremely kind. Not only that, I enjoyed my time. I found their treatments rather relaxing. They did a amazing paint job and my legs felt really soft after my pedicure. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Pedicure

Had a self care Saturday with my daughter googled this place and they did not disappoint great service great conversation and the best pedicure I have had in years the young lady that took care of me was very sweet and gentle. I’m upset I did not get her name but her dreads are beautiful and she has a lovely smile. I would totally drive the 2 hours to come here again but we made a day of our trip a enjoy this stop.
