Save your money and make your appointment for your Mani Pedi at another location, because this place falls short in every possible way of delivering a good customer experience. From the attitudes we were met with when we walked in, to the absolutely below acceptable level of quality in a half-hearted attempt to do a pedicure and manicure. The staff is more interested in walking around and visiting and checking social media than they are in customer service. The gentleman upfront who appeared to be in charge, is paying no attention to what the staff is doing. Further, as we watched them clean the bowls where you put your feet, it was evident that there was no effort to do a proper cleaning of the bowl. If you value your health, you value your money, and you value a quality manicure/pedicure experience, find another place. We will not go back. We also were up charge for a service that was not provided, and when we inquired about it they acted as if they did not understand. It was easier to pay the money and leave and promise to never go back and also to let the entire world know what poor experience this place provides

Holly was exceptionally friendly amd welcoming. The salon was very clean with classy decor. Not your typical nail salon. Check out their menu of services. It’s a bit more expensive but very mich worth it!
