Actually you’re completely right. I would never want to be a customer, but my girl surely was and I came out of pocket for ONE color for feet and hands, with short regular nails. No coffin no stelleto none of that. So where is the value in that? $120 for one certain color and couldn’t even do the simple design requested. Sorry but never will waste my time or money. Or send anyone there. I rather wait 45 min to 6 hours before I sit or send my wife to your shop again. Good riddance. Your response is like no other owner. It comes off as rude and snobby.
