This is my first time coming to Polish and I never write reviews. I just left the salon and while the girl was very nice, the job is very sloppy and not clean. I asked her to clean my cuticle with expectation that it would be done since I’ve been getting powder nails for a while in another salon. She cleaned my sides but it was still messy. This is something that I would do myself. I also didn’t know that cuticles were not included with dip powder service. No lotion or oil was applied at the end so I left with the same dry hands. The price was reasonable but very disappointed with the end result.

I was a walk-in and the receptionist was so nice and I was seen very quickly. Phoebe did my nails (pedicure and full set) and I love them so much. She was very nice and funny. I’ve had a few nail horror stories where my fingers have gotten cut up and my nails were destroyed for months, so I was nervous getting them done but a friend recommended this salon and I cannot recommend it enough now either!! Can’t wait to come back:)

I love going to polish! I have been coming for about a year now and always have Kim do my nails. She always does a phenomenal job and never disappoints! Everyone on staff here is so polite and friendly. It’s always a great experience. Personally never coming here again. I tried so many times to come back and every time i’m dissatisfied. Today I was completely over charged for the “curve” of my french tip. She wanted to charge me $10 just for the curve in total they wanted to charge me $77 for nails. Ridiculous. Jade was very nice about it but very disappointed. I never like my nails here and will never be returning. I have glue all over my hands and am disappointed in how my nails look.

Every time I come here I’m reminded why I shouldn’t go back! This is my 4th time at this salon and I got a pedicure and fill today. The pedicure was mediocre, overpriced. The fill was the worst experience of my life. I have had acrylic nails for 10 years. I have never encountered what I just did at Polish nail bar. The tech put some kid of chemical on my nails that was burning and left me in excruciating pain. When I told him it was burning, he started laughing at me. The pain was unbearable so I ran my hands under water at the sink for a few minutes and then checked out. The manager looked shocked and said “oh sorry about that”. I’m appalled at the lack of customer service here. I will never go here again and warning you to not waste your time or money. Absolute absurdity!

I have tried a few different nail salons in my area and this one was for a quick get the dip off to give my nails a break and get a manicure. A competitor near had a 30 min wait and I needed to take my daughter to practice so I called POLISH and they got me in quickly. Jade was the technician and she really was pleasant, wasn’t rough and did a great job. In particular with my cuticles which I can appreciate because some of these salons won’t do half as good a job as Jade. Very professional and will definitely be back!

Overall I was unimpressed with this location and the service I received. The nails themselves were 2-3 out of 5 and the customer service was 3-4 out of 5. There is nothing special about this place. They do not use new equipment between patrons, and I did not see sanitization equipment around but hopefully that’s done behind the scenes.

Today I visited Polish for the first time and I was l so glad I did!! Read some GREAT reviews on Kristina and decided to try this place out!! Well it was my lucky day..Kristina did my nail dip and pedi and it was AMAZING! She is super professional and friendly. I was so HAPPY with the work she did on my nails and toes and made another appoinment on the spot. Thank you Kristina and I’ll see you soon
