Polish studio is my favorite nail place in Tucson! I’ve been there about 5x now, and have had gel manicures from all different staff who were all super thoughtful and did excellent work. I always call ahead to see if there is availability and there usually is for either the day or OR the following day (my schedule is usually quite flexible) Most recently Tracy did my mani and she was both gentle and thorough even tho a few of my nails to have a funky up-turn at the end that sometimes throws ppl for a loop! I loved the results and will definitely be back in a few weeks to try a dip mani, which Tracy recommended. Highly recommend this spot.

Honestly the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived in Tuscon my whole life so I’ve tried quite a few different salons. I’ve never found a place that’s as great as Polish Studio. All the staff is very friendly and talkative, which is a nice change from most places. And every time I’ve gotten my nails done they’ve come out perfect. Definitely found my new go to salon.

I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve never been so disrespected at a business in my life I have to share. I have been getting dip nail done consistently for the past 3 years and I’ve been to a lot of salons. Every dip nail I’ve had has been finished with a gel top coat, even at this place until recently when the owner did it. It was finished with dip top coat which does not require curing so I was confused when my manicure finished with no curing. This was different for me so I asked if this is gel top coat in which he replied “yes.” Because he said yes, I followed up with “does it need curing?” in which he said “no.” I thought okay maybe it’s a different technique than the ones I’ve gotten the past 3 years. Well 2 days later, my nail breaks when I was opening a door.

This recently opened nail studio is gorgeous! I was greeted and made to feel welcomed at once. The clean sleek work areas were busy with clients having all types of services rendered. I experienced acrylic fills with color design. They were perfect in length, shapes and design and done in a timely fashion. I really appreciated having my nails done there. All the designers are experienced professionals. Try them out. I highly recommend it. My nails were done by Kevin.

I like the environment of the nail salon well enough but I won’t be return there. I didn’t like the careless way my nails were treated my the technician I got. Because I ask her to cut my toenail really short she ruin the shape of my toenails. And because I cut my fingernail really short she didn’t take the time to shape or file them smooth. However friend had a pleasant experience with her two technician both were kind and meticulous at their work. In short I would say if you plan to visit just beware of which technician you get.

I’ve used this business for the last year.I went in for a full set and pedicure. My toe nails weren’t taken short enough . I have to say I was less then please with the man who did my nails today. I’ve always loved coming to you guys because of how friendly and kind your staff is. They always make sure I’m happy and comfortable during my visits. Not only did I not get to relax and enjoy my Pedicure because he was doing my nails at the same time and had me twisted across my body ( At 6 months pregnant) which was super uncomfortable for me, He was just flat out rude. At one point the nice woman doing my pedicure did accidentally hurt me and I was Let her know, His response “No pain no gain…” I was shocked. I asked for Rhinestones and when I asked if he was going to add them he ignored me, ok Then comes time for top coat he does it then files them side of them again, I ask Are you gonna recoat or leave them powder looking like that… Again ignored and slaps cuticle oil on it and walks away. The woman can tell I’m not happy and offers to have him fix it but at that point I didn’t even want him touch me again he made me feel that uncomfortable. I have never been to made feel the way I did today in your salon before. Always helpful staff always kind. I didn’t experience that today with him. I reached out no apology nothing. I won’t be back.

Went to Polish to get my nails done for a wedding. The tech I had was very nice and thoughtful. She brought it to my attention that the sparkle i wanted on my toes kind of had a yellow tint to it which i did not want. But she went to even out my nails which were pretty long and healthy and cut them so short they look awful now. I asked for a gel manicure and was not given it. The tech just did it really quick and it was done in a pedicure chair which was NOT comfortable. I got a gel “manicure” and a normal polish pedicure and my mom got the same thing but was given an actual manicure our total was $285 which was wayyy over priced. Will not be returning.
