Amazing attention to detail and so calming in the salon. Jolene was so meticulous and took great care in making sure everything matched up and looked seamless. I got this full set with gel with my college colors for my 5 year reunion and I couldn’t be more please. Jolene even recommended a better gold color to use. There’s easy parking (went on a Wednesday) and they have lo-fi music which was a relaxing touch.

Today I went in for prom nails, ended up with a design and color I didn’t like, and couldn’t work up the courage to tell my artist. I left and came back an hour and a half later, and they happily changed them for me even though I did not express my dislike when I was having them done and paying. I was not required to pay either of them more (i did tip them extra though). I’ve gotten my nails done here a handful of time and really like the atmosphere & service.

I was very pleased with Kim’s work and the friendly staff when I visited there the first time. The manager also has two small pups who are adorable!!Kim did my shaping perfectly. Even after a few days of wear, everything looks fresh. I will be back for a fill 🙂

The staff was extremely nice, friendly, and the facility was clean but this was one of the worst nail jobs I’ve ever received. The color application was sloppy and uneven, the filing and cuticle clean up was physically painful (even though I told the tech to ease up, he ignored me and continued to over file the tops of my nails until they burned), and the final color appeared neon rather than the melon green I had hoped for. Although I paid for this service and the color isn’t too bad, the overall experience was poor. I will likely never return.

Please read and note the other poor reviews, they are true. I wish I had done my due diligence of reading the reviews before going to do business at this particular nail salon. I will start off by saying that the nail techs were nice for the most part- they were a bit pushy in trying to sell you other services but had decent customer service skills for the most part. The male tech that did my nail, did a rushed and horrible job. I was disappointed with the service as soon as I saw the completed job. I got a mani and then a pedi and it was quite literally the worst one I’ve ever had done. By the very next day most of the nail polish on my fingers had chipped so bad that I had to end up using a nail polish remover to remove all the nail polish on my fingers. I paid for the service but it was a complete travesty and waste of money. I will absolutely NOT be coming back to this nail salon. The last nail tech who tried to do damage control the pedi that was done on me by the male nail tech was kind and seemed to know what she was doing. She really tried her best to fix the issue in a reasonable amount of time. The nail polish that was used to do both my mani and pedi was clearly old, majorly dried out and in need of replacement; to the point that the female nail tech who was trying to fix the horrible job done on my nails (toenails) had to put nail polish remover into the specific nail polish color that was used do my mani and pedi. The purpose of the nail polish remover being put into the nail polish bottle was to make the nail polish more free-flow and not as plucky and sticky as it had been.

I’ve been searching for a place that does gel-x since I’ve been getting doing dip powder done and wanted to give my nails a break from it. Jolene is amazing! She’s detail oriented and did a great job shaping and color application. I chose brown and asked for the glazed coating and it turned out beautifully. I highly recommend Jolene! Gel manicures
