Critical: Cleanliness, PunctualityWanted to try a new place to mix things up. Nice people. Nails looked fine but it took 2 hours for just a gel manicure. I was pretty disgusted by the facilities. The guy was working on multiple people at one time without changing gloves or cleaning his equipment. I sit down and my towel has someone else’s nail clippings and dead skin on it. Gross! Kept apologizing for the wait but the regulars said it is like this every day as he is not organized and schedules multiple people for one appointment slot. Critical: CleanlinessI decided to try it after a long day I just wanted a full set. They had charged a friend of mine $35 the other day. Her set was much more intricate then mine. Mine was $50! The towel at the station I was at had someone else’s fingernail clippings. Gloves were not changed between services or clients.

Great job on SNS nails and spa pedicures. The workers are very nice and professional. I show them a photo of what I want and discuss how I want it done. The salon looks clean and well maintained. I make appointments and don’t have too much of a wait.

Absolutely love this nail salon and I’m picky. I’ve been coming for years. Phi is a phenomenal manicurist. They have SNS powder and gel, plus color changing polish, glow in the dark color, and metallic polishes as of writing this and they’re always keeping up with trends. Love the girls that work there too. Fabulous prices! $35 paraffin dip with hot stone massage pedicure, $35 SNS powder nails, etc.

I received a gift certificate for Christmas from this shop. I went by today and they are packed up and gone. You know they knew when they sold the gift certificate ($100) they were closing up after the holidays. These people deliberately sold gift certificates they knew they were not going to be there to fulfill. Snuck off in the middle of the night, no doubt.
