I have come to Polish Room 1 for the last several months and have had a great experience every time. Pauline is great, providing a wonderful pedicure each time. I like to do designs and she has been very good at recreating whatever images I show her or coming up with her own designs (like this one she did for Halloween). I would highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a place to go.

I tried it twice recently, won’t be back. I asked for a cuticle manicure both times, but didn’t get it either time. I’m willing to forgive the first tech I saw who did a terrible polish job because the second one did a phenomenal job with the polish, but I can’t let go that I specifically requested a full manicure and they didn’t do it. I spoke to the receptionist and someone who might be the manager after the fact (and had spoken to them before arriving while scheduling my appointment about the problem of not getting the manicure), and the manager spoke tersely in Vietnamese to the tech, then told me she would do my cuticles. But I don’t know what their conversation was and I am not comfortable with someone coming at me with scissors and sharp objects after I just complained.

Love the service – I love the Gel manicure and pedicure- Beautiful work. Never feel rushed – the nail technicians take time to make sure you are satisfied with their service- and are especially caring when I take my 90 year old mom for service ❤️

IRS needs to look here. Horrible, right before my wedding day and they cut me, nail polish wore off in 12 hours. They were upset I decided on a curtain design before they started and had my daughter pay before putting her polish on. I didn’t have to pay till the end. We felt confused, uncomfortable, singled out from other customers. Beware!!! Found a better place in scottsdale!!!

*update* They’re still awesome as ever. Now you will need a mask when you go. They also have plexi glass partitions between you and the nail tech. Love these people. Also, you must have an appointment.
