The lady in the first chair when you walk in is horrible. Her attitude is the worst and she will send you out the door with your nails looking like a 3 yr old did them. I will never go back to this nail shop. She does no filing or buffing and has excess acrylic on your nails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP

I do not know her name. But she sits at the first station. Rude as ever! Rushed through my nails, they look a mess. She removed my old overlay and was extremely rough. There was blood on one of my nails from her pulling my nail off. She didn’t bother to apologize about pulling my nail off! Nor did she put anything on it to clean it. I was getting a pedicure, but after that experience, I opted not to get one. She acted as if she was upset! Never again!

Literally worse place I’ve ever been! The lady who was doing my nails was very rude. I made it clear to her that to remove my nails, I needed to soak them off because popping them off was very painful to me because my nails are so thin. She became very agitated & loud with me & even pushed my hand away & told me “ I could go somewhere else”.. if I didn’t have an important event to attend tomorrow & pressed for time today I would have.. I just told myself I would NEVER COME BACK.. this is the last time. It’s sad because the rest of the staff is ok, it was only her I have an issue with. Definitely won’t be going back.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They do not have nice customer service skills they act like we need them to do our nails. I went for a toe polish and full set.. The prices on their wall are different from prices they charge you. And the tech that was doing my nails got an attitude with me and said “I’m asking her about the prices too many times, why I can’t remember”. I asked for regular full set with clear pink polish and she said “we only do that on toe, we don’t do full set regular on nails.” That was all she needed to say I said no thank you and got my stuff and left. Never again and I would not advise anyone to go to them.

Did my fill in in under 15 minutes and you can definitely tell. My nails look no different than they did when I arrived. Lisa didn’t put much effort into hiding the little cracks or pop ups. They are quick….but that’s about ALL. Acrylic nails
