Andrew is EXTREMELY FAST! I was booked for a Dip Nail Manicure with extensions and it’s like a 45 minute appointment they block out, -I was out in just 30! That’s like us talking and checkout all included. Super fast and did an awesome job.

My nails look great! I got a gel manicure and they look fantastic. The girl that did my nails was so sweet. For me appearances here were a little deceiving (were they professionally dressed? No, but they were doing their jobs well!) and it was a bit of an awkward start but overall the place was clean, used distancing measures, and I loved the service I received!

And for nails to break so easy without even removing my real nail, I know this worker is not experienced with acrylic at all. And for nails to break so easy without even removing my real nail, I know this worker is not experienced with acrylic at all. I was left waiting 20 mins waiting for my nail to be polished while he did someone else that just came in instead. After reading a few reviews of Polish, I made an appointment to get an acrylic balance for later that same day with Andrew. So glad i did! What a great place. Was greeted quickly upon entering, picked a color and was knee deep in conversation in about five minutes. The salon is well kept, the employees are incredibly cordial and Andrew did a fantastic job on my nails even noticing something I wanted changed before I mentioned it. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails! While I was there decided to get my eyebrows done and Jennifer the owner did those. She did a great job and even helped me figure out what needed to be done next time to make the shape even better as they are a bit skinny at the moment. They also do pedicures and facials. At first, I was really excited to see all the colors they had to choose from and from watching, all the nail techs seemed really nice. Tony did my nails and quickly changed my perspective. He left previous dip residue on my nails and I choose a light color so it showed. I stopped him two nails in because you could see the old nail polish. He was rough, not kind and literally FLEW through doing my nails. I understand that they were busy but I am paying for what should have been quality service. There was nail polish all along the sides of my nails, hair stuck to my nails in the gel polish. He had no concern for how I was doing. He used the drill so much my pinky nail was starting to burn. If they weren’t so busy I would have asked for a different technician. Needless to say, when I got to my car I burst in tears. Since (3 hours ago), I’ve completely redone my nails. Wish I had a different experience because it is an adorable spa.

I literally drive across town just to have Andrew do my nails. He does AMAZING polygel nails, and I’ve never had one complaint. They sanitize everything, and especially with Covid, everyone is socially distanced. He’s super honest about what works and what doesn’t, and it’s WELL appreciated. I cracked a nail a couple of days after I got them done once (absolutely my fault, nails are not tools), and I called to see when and how much it would be to get it fixed, and he fixed it for free because I’d just had them done. Everyone that works there is great, and I will never go anywhere else.

Suzanna is wonderful!!!! Super friendly, easy to talk with and does wonderful work! She is super patient as well. I am very indecisive about nail color and she was patient and helped me pick out two “go to nail colors”. She does wonderful detailed work and my nails last for weeks and my nails underneath still feel strong (she does not drill my nails to remove the old polish, which I love). She is great! Highly recommend her!!!
