Critical: Professionalismgot a fill with stones 55 for ombre and 20 for stones that fell off the same day! The staff at Polish are just rude. I was told a man and woman there were the ‘owners’. When I had a problem, they told me they only worked there. They gave me a phone number to call with a complaint and no one ever called me back. They ignore you when you walk in and they ignore you when you walk out. If you want to be treated as though you are bothering them when you are handing them your money, this would be the place to go. Services are average at best. They have a guarantee for manicures on their website. When I had a problem within that time frame, they made me pay full price again and told me to call ‘the owner’. Seriously terrible experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone. They clearly could not care less is you are happy with your service or if you come back. Go to a salon where you are appreciated as a customer. STAY AWAY from this place, there are much nicer nail salons with much nicer people and quality services.

The worst manicure I have ever received. I showed up 9am saturday for my scheduled app to get a full set of acrylics done. The entire staff was rude right off the bat, that should have been my first warning. I was seated with a middle aged man who got started. I don’t get my nails done weekly, but I’ve had acrylics done a hundred times in my life. He didn’t rough up or score the nail, just immediately added glue and started putting the tips on. It felt funny and I should have said something then, however, it was dark so I figured it would look better in the sun when I was done. After leaving I immediately noticed my nails were all different lengths, my thumb nail and middle finger nail were on side ways, and one of the nails wasn’t even fully covering my nail bed, and the edges were all sharp and catching on everything. Almost all of my fingers were missing polish and looked spoty. I got home and showed my husband who immediately said we’re going back. We called to let them know I was coming back, was told first it was fine I come back now, then said 11:30. I was already on my way inside. I asked for a manager who was rude immediately and after waiting 30 minutes to have my nails looked at, said the same person who screwed them up could fix them. I wanted them taken off and I wanted a refund for the lousy work so I could drive to Milwaukee and go to my normal salon. He refused a refund, and refused to give my 20% tip back. I said fine, but I still wanted them off. He proceeded to put a bowl full of acetone down and tell me to soak my entire hand in it. I walked out. Absolutely horrible service by men who have no idea what they’re doing or how to treat customers. I can’t imagine this place will be in business very long. They should be ashamed.
