I love this place! The location at Montecillo is small but cozy. The decoration and interior design is cute and I enjoy being there, unlike some other salons. Always playing good music. No noisy TVs playing random stuff. The nail tech that I have booked with twice, Jaqueline, is great! She’s very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and sanitizes all of her instruments. You will see her open the package of sanitized instruments in front of you. The prices are good too!

We rented out Polished salon for our bridal party event and I was absolutely blown away by the royal treatment that was given to us by the polished staff. Not only did they do an absolute beautiful job on all our mani and pedis but they made us feel pampered and special for our event, going above and beyond to decorate and provide us with snacks and drinks. Edward and Jessica were in constant communication in planning ahead for the event and made our day a dream come true! I highly recommend this salon for any of their services.

Wonderful experience with this nail salon! No walk-ins and you better plan to book a week ahead, but it’s worth it. The design and atmosphere is so comfy, chill and relaxing, the nail techs are amazing, super nice and throughout, they take you in right at the appointment time and you don’t feel rushed like in some nail places sometimes. I’ve spend a wonderful time and definitely will be back.

Pleasantly surprised by this adorable boutique! I was looking for a place that provides online booking since I rarely have time after work to get my nails all “did”. Itzel helped me with my new acrylic set, they turned out just like I asked! Easy to book, great service, will definitely come again!

I apologize. I can’t to find my technicians’ name, but she did a beautiful job. I’ve tried to go to other salons, but they didn’t really do a great job. She was very nice, and she took time to explain to me what nail option was best for me. Highly recommend!

I went in, after looking for hours for a highly rated nail shop that offered hard gel sets, with a terrible acrylic set on. Priscilla was not only gentle on removing my old set but even with filing them to the exact length that I wanted. She even asked me the length with using a nail length measure tool. She moved quickly but not so quickly that you felt rushed through. She made sure to ask me everytime if I liked them and if they looked natural enough for me. With being in the service our nails have to look completely natural and cant be to long. If you are looking for a wonderful shop this is the one to go to. They aren’t to expensive either. A full builder gel set with tips is only 45.00. They do amazing work. I can not wait to go back It was all around a wonderful experience.

Really bad super bad, two days before I made my appointment, I never received the confirmation email or a message only from my bank that I received the charge of 0, I called the day to confirm my appointment, someone answered me and told me that yes please arrived 5/10 minutes before, I arrived at 12:56 they make me wait 30-35 minutes without telling me anything later they tell me we don’t have you in the system, you can come back at 3:00 pm it was 1:40 and also you can call this number so they can make an appointment for you. The problem here is they made me waste my time, I didn’t get any confirmation and they still want me to come back later?

Hilda and Jess never fail to exceed my expectations! Their work and products are always only the best quality, they take their time and always make sure you are pleased with the result. I don’t do my nails at any other place that isn’t Polish!

My appointment was originally scheduled at 3 and I received a call to notify me that my appointment was pushed back an hour. When I arrived I still had to wait 20 minutes. The lady doing my nails complained not once but twice about how hard it was to take off the nail polish I had prior. When I asked the girl for a design she denied and said she didn’t have time because she was having such a hard time removing my nail polish. The whole appointment felt like I was not welcomed and an inconvenience. Very disappointed with my visit.
