I had a manicure pedicure appointment for 2:30 PM. I waited five minutes when I got there and then they seated me in a pedicure bowl. I waited 35 minutes with no explanation as to when they would get to me and finally walked out. I watched multiple people walk in and ask for services and they were all told to “come back in 30 minutes.” If they were had told me they were running behind when I got there, I would have rescheduled. not sure how they stay in business? Avoid this place at all costs.

Update, 3 years later, 2021and Lisa is still doing a phenomenal job! My go to place for pedicures. Newer massage leather chairs. Clean, neat, tidy welcoming salon. Efficient, quality and friendly service. Reservations are best but can usually walk in and get taken care of quickly. Highly recommend the number 3 pedicure and bring your own “refreshment” but they have cold bottled water too! Every technician is highly skilled. They just differ on strength or firmness of massage. If that makes sense. Just specify how firm or gentle you want your leg massage.

This was the absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I paid for both my girls to get pedis too and their polish is mostly off less than 24 hours later. Not to mention their feet didn’t ever even touch the water. I don’t think they had any form of a Pedi.These people shouldn’t be in business. My 4 year old could paint my nails better than they look now. Literally threw $100 plus dollars in the toilet.

Both my mom and I had a great experience at Solar Nails and Spa! We were visiting from Colorado for a family event. My technician was very precise and obviously cared a lot about my experience there. We will definitely be there again for mani pedi’s! I thank them profusely for our amazing service!

Paid for a European pedicure. Young man was in a hurry. Did not trim my nails or even file them. Asked him to file calluses and acted like he didn’t have a clue what I was asking. Basically just painted my nails. I’ve had the same experience three times. Will not go again Pedicure

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI don’t like posting negative reviews, but this business deserves it. They are rude. I don’t mean sort of rude, I mean horrible. The salon was filthy. The technician who did my nails reeked of cigarette smoke, his uniform had clearly not seen the inside of a washing machine … perhaps ever … (I was his first appointment of the day) and their virtual refusal to engage in any sort of dialogue was unbelievable. Instead of asking you to put your hand on the water, the technician just grabs your wrist and shoves your hand in. The workers talk non-stop to each other ignoring their clients To top it off, my manicure was so unacceptable, I had to book an appointment elsewhere to get it re-done. It was a horrible waste of time and money. I left there feeling so down knowing that people like this are among us and have no desire to create a hospitable environment. There should be no place in this lovely community for a business like this.
