This place has very nice quality and a great staff. Any time I got my nails done I have been pleased from just plain color to nail art. The nails hold up great and have good quality. They have great color selections.Their prices are great and fairly priced. My only complaint is when they take off your acrylic some of the nail technicians are rough. They use a nail tip to force it off, which has left my nail damaged and sometimes even bleeding. That just depends on which nail technician you end up with. Some of them don’t and are very gentle with you. But like I stated before they are a great place to have your nails done and I recommend to all my friends and family. You should come and give them a try!

DO NOT ENTER ABORT MISSION, SERIOUSLY GO sOmEWHERE ELSE THIS HAS 2 BE BY FAR THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER I PAID $80 FOR MY NAILS H TIPPED $20 NIT 2 MENTION MY DAUFHTERS NAILS & TOES 2 FOR HER PROM. NOT EVEN 24HRS LATER & THIS IS WHAT I HAVE 2 DEAL WITH. WHEN I CALLED To have new fixed they told me that my nail Tech was booked all the way up until July July really OK whatever but I can just do a walk in I went no one ever serves me I said they’re all day long not even a comment was made to me when I called to say what could be done at 1st I didn’t even want to fix them but I paid too much money for that so I went anyway seriously if you can find services elsewhere go there this is the worst nail bar I’ve ever been to n my life I will keep you in my prayer’s Polish nail bar Lol you need them

I have gone here several times over the past 3 years when in town. I initially liked it a lot, but the part few times I’ve gone, they treat walk ins as someone to pass around to available staff. that’s fine, but this time the quality difference in my manicure and pedicure are huge. Pedicure was great, performed by a woman. My manicure was performed by an elderly man who was kind but did not ask what shape I wanted at all and who did a very straight across shape which has made three of my nails break, not right away but within two weeks. I’ve NEVER had this with a professional before. they’re nice, but sometimes your second service especially is rushed out done with less care or skill.

I arrived at 5:30, called and booked an appointment days in advance. Didn’t get started until 6. Didn’t leave until 8:30. The only nice one was the lady doing nails (I don’t know her name) but she was actually helpful and nice. The men there seem like they are better than doing nails or something they are very rude, because of this I will take my business elsewhere.

I went to the Polish Nail Bar after going to another local nail salon, not once but twice back to back to have my nails fixed because the polish kept peeling off and looked awful. The third time, I refused to go back. Ray, at the Polish Nail Bar squeezed me in as a walk-in and fixed my nails with no problems. That’s been over 2 weeks ago now and they still look amazing. I would definitely recommend them!

This place is absolute garbage. I got my pedicure done SATURDAY and now today, SUNDAY the paint is off my toes. I paid $98 to wait to get my nails done and for them to not be done correctly. I will never be taking my business here again. On top of the absolute garbage job of a pedicure I got to the salon 30 minutes before they opened to make sure I got in right when the opened and had to wait 40 minutes after my pedicure to get my actual acrylics done- which were also rushed and misshaped and spotty. I originally was going to just never come back, but to pay $98 and the literal next day my polish is off??!? Go else where. Blackheart salon is amazing, just don’t ever go to polish.
