I was here on 7/21 and got a Manny pedi first time in a year. I paid 5$extra for polish because I was told it would last longer and I was finally going on vacation that Friday the paint chipped the next day . I’m not sure if it’s new management or policy but they didn’t buff my nails or lotion my hands and lower arms just a totally different experience than what I used to have there. I’ll have to find a new place I guess which is unfortunate this was my go to place for years.

Critical: QualityGot my nails done on Tuesday and now they are breaking. i had my permanent gels removed and they buffed the natural nail down so low that my nails are still hurting me. I would have gone back in if that wasn’t the case, but I don’t want anyone from there touching mey nails. I had a gel manicure done and it has also lifted and cracked after only one day.
