First salon pedicure and they treated me wonderfully. I have been 4 times in the last year. My fiancee gets mani/pedis done too and is always satisfied. They take walk ins but they get busy at random so I would recommend booking an appointment. Also it does seem hard to get the same technician. There is street parking for free but it is very limited–finding a spot right out front is rare. The pedicure seating is not accessible for people with mobility challenges but, if you call and ask, they may have a way to accommodate. The shop and services are not necessarily state of the art but I do enjoy the experience due to the kindness of the staff and the diversity of the clientele. Would recommend, would return.

They did a great job in my manicure and were resonably friendly- a little more customer service would have been nice. Two issues- the person would did my nails (should have introduced herself- don’t know her name) didn’t speak English that well. She could communicate her usual speal but had a hard time responding to what I was asking. Also, I never carry cash and they only all the charging for the price of the service. Perhaps that is to their benefit for reporting, but I felt bad not to tip the lady who did my nails.

I have truly found my new salon! I’ve been going to various salons since moving to Dedham, and have been constantly disappointed until now. I had a 3:00 pm appointment, and started right on time. Lan did my pedicure and she was an absolute angel. She was meticulous about making sure each toe was perfect, and she is delicate and yet strong when needed, especially on my heels (which I love)! One of my biggest pet peeves about nail salons is when they take walk-ins in conjunction with clients who already had appointments, and then your nail tech rushes through your appointment. SURPRISE, that isn’t the case here! Monica kindly turned away 3 walk-ins while I was there because they were already booked. She was more concerned with the quality of individualized service, then the added revenue. She certainly earned a customer for life!!

Super affordable and cute local nail shop. Everyone was friendly and chatty, which I love. My gel manicure was $28 and is lasting longer than most of the $40 ones I’ve gotten. Cash tips only so bring bills. Found my new favorite spot!

This expericence was great awesome amazing lovely. I cant explain it all, but yoy have to go for yourself. My nails where jacked up my feet a dinasour type feet. The finish product was amazing. Thank you guys for being detailed and taking your time. Love it will go again and again and again..
