I searched all of Morehead city to find a good and CONSISTENT nail salon. I have found my home for sure. First I want to start by saying all the other nail salons I’ve been to wouldn’t give my 7 year old a foot massage “because she was too short” (she is 4ft.)… They treated her as if she was a client, conversing with her and making her laugh..etc. Also, Kim is brilliant!! I’m not too picky… However, if I’m paying for it, I want to be happy. Especially since im looking at my nails for 2-3 weeks. Beautiful nails, great conversation, and very welcoming to my child. (I work a lot, some taking my daughter to get our nails and feet done is a special treat!) They make each experience an enjoyable one…. Something my daughter will remember when she gets older!

I don’t guess I’m all that easily pleased. But this place has been great! I’ve been going for a couple years now I think. I usually just get a pedicure and my daughter gets the manicure. Love these ladies!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePedicure was great.My issues were these:1. unprofessional discussion between other service members while in salon2. the lady who did my pedi/mani was very friendly. However, my nails chipped the next day… too many layers of paint they, didn’t dry evenly and the tips of the nail were not properly clear coated to prevent chipping. My cuticles also have hang nails within a week of getting this manicure. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWould give 0 stars if I could. Made an appointment for four people at 5p on Saturday for manicures and pedicures and when we got there at 4:45 no one was there. We waited until 5:05 just in case they were all running late but apparently they decided to close early without notifying us. When we called for an explanation they didn’t even apologize for the confusion or mix up and didn’t even offer to make things right. Went in today 01/14/22 for the first time and what a great atmosphere. Everyone was super friendly and the service was impeccable. This will be my go to place for all mani/pedi’s from now on! Thanks to all the girls for making this such a wonderful experience.

I give them no stars…I was there a week ago from out of town..my nails were ok, I didn’t like my toes..I couldn’t even tell I had them done…On top of that my card was over charged $30 dollars and my receipt did not show that..I will not recommend or go back
