Critical: QualityThe ower Autumn is amazing. When they first opened (pre covid) I came here three times and every time Autumn remembered my name and my service was excellent. I decided to come for the first time after covid and im happy to know that they were doing well enough to hire a good amount of people. However, the lady I had fell asleep twice during my massage and twice during the “painting” she forgot two toe nails and i held my foot up to let her know and she opened the bottle and proceeded to paint the two she forgot. further more, she did not clip or files my nails during the pedicure and she did not remove my cuticles. I figured she’s tired because maybe she has two jobs and is going through a difficult time. I always try to give the benefit of doubt. But I also throughout covid have not had the best of times and if I spend 35 dollars for a pedicure I expect them to stay awake for it. I had to come home remove what i paid money for and clipped my nails and cut my cuticles and painted me nails. The picture I posted is what I paid for (top) vs what i ended up doing (bottom). The ower Autumn is amazing. When they first opened (pre covid) I came here three times and every time Autumn remembered my name and my service was excellent. I decided to come for the first time after covid and im happy to know that they were doing well enough to hire a good amount of people. Positive: CleanlinessEmployees were experienced and pleasant but they were so overbooked on that weekend that the lady who did my mani dip was working 3 clients at once. She was jumping between 3 chairs and also was answering the phone. I was not feeling taken care of and relaxed. I did not enjoy the service. The quality of work was still good. Beautiful design and great location. Employees were experienced and pleasant but they were so overbooked on that weekend that the lady who did my mani dip was working 3 clients at once. She was jumping between 3 chairs and also was answering the phone. I was not feeling taken care of and relaxed. I did not enjoy the service. The quality of work was still good. Beautiful design and great location. I would recommend to go there only during the week days.
