Very disappointed in this manicure, the whole experience was less than 25 minutes, the nail tech was nice but was rushing through my nails and also cut my finger in the process. It looks as though I don’t have color on my nails at all, I was told the color is neutral and it’s supposed to look the way it does. I’ve gotten this color multiple times and it has never looked like this.

Very disappointed.. The first gel manicure/pedicure I received the nail tech was awesome and I was so impressed with the quality (lasted 3 weeks before the first chip/peeling). Went back a week ago and the next day my gel manicure started to completely peel and less than a week it was completely drestroyed. Will not be back Gel manicures

I took my niece here to get our nails done and the nail techs were friendly but the service was not good. The polish was dripping and there was zero attention to detail. This isn’t my usual nail salon and I only went here bc it was close to where my niece lives. I usually get dip mani but they don’t offer that service here so I only got a pedi for myself. My 13 yo niece got regular polish mani and pedi. It was probably the worst mani and pedis I have ever seen done. I could’ve done a better job myself and I don’t think I am good at painting nails. The tech even inadvertently used 2 different colors of pink polish on my pedicure so you can imagine how ridiculous my pedi looked. I just think for the price, I could’ve gotten better service somewhere else. Being friendly is great, but I also expect to have nicely painted nails after getting them “supposedly” professionally done. Also, the polish selection is not that great, I’ve seen more variety at other nail salons. If you are picky like me about your nails, I would not recommend this place.

It has always been a great experience. Everyone is very kind and nice to talk to, and I am never waiting around long. This past visit I was appreciative of the protocols put in place for Covid. The person who did my pedicure, Sidney, did a great job! I was very pleased! I also want to shout out to whoever was working the front. I could tell she was making sure each guest’s appointment was ready to go when they came in. I don’t get pedicures often but the few times I’ve been in the past two years, I have gone here. It has always been a great experience. Everyone is very kind and nice to talk to, and I am never waiting around long. This past visit I was appreciative of the protocols put in place for Covid. The staff was very polite and professional however, my gel manicure didn’t last very well. I was in a pinch and needed to go somewhere local to my work and thought I would try this place out, I wanted to love it as the location is perfect for me, and the prices were reasonable, but unfortunately, I am disappointed. The polish started to peel/lift up around the edges about a week after getting them done. I saw some of the previous reviews mentioned a similar concern but went in open minded – I’m bummed to find I had the same issue.

I really wanted to love this salon. I love the professionalism, the style/decor of the salon, and all of the techs I’ve had do a very clean job with both nails and brows. However, for some reason every time both my girlfriend and I get gel manicures it always chips or lifts within a few days. It’s very frustrating for me to feel like I need my nails done within a few days to a week of getting them done when the cost isn’t exactly cheap. Unfortunately, I wont be able to waste my money anymore and will have to take my business elsewhere.
