Everything is very clean the staff is very nice and helpful. Today i came for a pedicure with a sprained knee, kim the nail tech was extremly helpful and very gentle with my injury and even offered an ice pack and helped me put my brace back on. Ive been going to polished day spa for years and have always had exceptional service. Everything is very clean the staff is very nice and helpful. Today i came for a pedicure with a sprained knee, kim the nail tech was extremly helpful and very gentle with my injury and even offered an ice pack and helped me put my brace back on. Polished is the BEST. I’ve been to quite a few nail salons over the years between North Windham to Vernon and Polished is the only one I will regularly go to now. They are kind and professional and their salon is beautiful. They give amazing pedicures and manicures. Lately I do gel fills and pedicures regularly. But they’ve done it all for me. My husband and I enjoyed the Tropical Spa Pedicure. It was extremely relaxing. My pedicurist also did my gel manicure. She was very kind and meticulous. The level of customer service that we experienced was impeccable. We recommend everyone try it out! We’ll definitely be back!

I love getting my nails done, and usually where I go, I always feel like they are always in a rush , BUT this place was AMAZING! They made you feel so welcome , very sweet and really took their time! Altho I love in Norwich, it’s worth the drive here!

I’ve been going to Polished regularly since moving to the area a couple of years ago. Friendly people and they do a great job on my gel nails. Jacqueline is my favorite for pedicures. She always takes her time and does a great job. My only complaint is despite being a regular customer before, during and after my pregnancy, the owner recently charged me $3 to fix a nail because I no longer coming every two weeks. The birth of a baby changes priorities, so getting there every three to four weeks is the best I can do most months. I’m still a regular customer, so that irked me a bit.
