I am new to WISCONSIN. I had talked to Pang Vang prior to my appointment and told her my situation. Pang Vang told me to schedule a Russian Volume FILL under new client from lashes from a different salon. A Fill I was told because I had lashes on. Pang Vang said less than 40% I beg to differ. I’m laying in the chair Pang Vang is slamming the person who did my volume lashes prior and told me she only makes her own fans. I’ve never been so uncomfortable feeling of pulls coming from my lashes. She cut/ jabbed my eyeball I’m 37!! I’ve been getting gorgeous eyelash extensions since I was 18! It sucks women have to go through the pain and cruelty to try to find someone! I’m going to post pictures of my ladies that do incredible work! Ladies BE AWARE from here Instagram acct.

Professional, got to business right when I sat down. Gave me professional advice on care and shape. Very friendly and made sure I was doing okay throughout the process. Hlee also explained the steps of the process to me and made sure I understood what was going to happen next. When the numbing cream wore off, Hlee made sure to apply on more numbing cream and then go back to finish the process.
